Attempt to contact administrators was a dud

I attempted to contact administrators on several occasions. All they did was mark the incident as completed without providing any response. So I have gone almost three months now without an answer to my billing inquiries.

COOP No Call (ghosted communication)

Issues w renter and minor repairs. Low fluid and COOP took truck off the platform for 10 days at renter’s request, who continued to drive as per tolls. Rep updated platform after I provided docs. COOP would not return calls.

My experience overall has been great

My experience overall has been great. Customer service is great and Artea Freeman is awesome! I only wished that Coop had more renters. There have months when my equipment was been not rented for weeks.

My truck was damaged by a renter and…

My truck was damaged by a renter and the customer service time lied to me and refused to help with my claim. I’m still waiting on the information in writing that I signed which would show I had to have the truck diagnostic done within 7 days. 3 weeks later.

Very unhappy with claims handling of my…

Very unhappy with claims handling of my trailer. They promised it would be returned repaired. It was taken out of service and allegedly was repaired. I was not paid for this time lost. The trailer was returned with the major damage untouched.

Coop took it upon themselves to extend reservation without my consent and will not release that late fees they assured me they captured. Worst experience ever. I will no longer recommend this platform
