Got confirmation of my order &told to wait for collection email. Waited & has not come yet, three days later. Went in to coop ourselves after 2 days to collect, refused as we hadn't email for collection to show. We wanted item, went to shelf & got it & paid at counter! What an ecomerce set up! Thank God it was a small purchase! Also I find the search engine very poor when searching for many items, that I know are stocked but just don't show up! Customers for decades! Very disappointed or is everyone on preparing for Óiche Shamhna, coming up!!
Superb customer service! Efficient and prompt delivery. I needed another solar light and Rob couldn't have been more helpful! He doubled checked to make sure I had the correct match, dispatched it and followed up with email. Was my first time ordering online and will definitely use again. Fantastic service
Update,finally I received the mop and bucket,thanks to a very helpful staff member which is very refreshing considering my last experience
Great online customer service. Rang in about a fan, man I spoke to had great product knowledge and was very helpful. Ordered it and had it in 2 days, I'll definitely be ordering again.
Bought a Hedge Trimmer online. Got an email same day advising out of stock and would have to wait 10 days to get refunded.
Checked on their website and item is still listed as in store

I bought a feeder, wrong one was sent out. No problem there, these things happen! They notified me the one I ordered was no longer available even though it was available online. I am still waiting on a refund over one week later.
I bought a lwamower at the Midleton store. It was susposed to be click and collect . I called to colkect the mower to be told they had none in stock! The money was taken from my account and no advice given to me about any issue with my purchase. I had to drive to the store to find out this bad news! Very illinformed supervisor refused yo admit any error! No aplology! Real display of arrogance and ignorance by this supervisor! My money still has not been refunded. Really bad experience
I rang Dairygold main office and a really helpful staff member sorted the problem. I recieved my refund. I wouldnt deal with Midleton store but I will continue to deal with Carrigaline store where the staff are brillant.
I have been a customer for many years the checkout system is a disgrace everybody seems to go to the customer service desk. I returned my trolly today could not get the token out got one of the staff he told me to take it to the hardware section for a pliers I just left it ..i will never shop there again thank god for B&Q
Had an issue placing a web order, contacted the web team via their 1800 phone number and spoke with Sean who was extremely helpful and courteous and worked around the issue I was having. Excellent customer service provided and I will purchase online again.
Have phoned Sales Team 3 times but no answer, left messages, but now the mail box is full.
Have emailed as well, no response.
Not sure if I would chance ordering anything online if there is no customer service.
2 e mails sent on different days not replied to, in relation to an incomplete order, phoned this morning and evening answering machine. do not deal with this company, they think you have nothing else to do.
Very disappointing to order online takes your money and two days later sends an email that items are not in stock… waiting 5 days now for a refund! It’s 2025 stock issues should be reflected on your website end of story!
Customer service is deplorable. I purchased a garden backpack sprayer yesterday that had 2 different price tags on it. One was for 30 euro and second was for 20 euro on sale. After purchasing I checked the receipt and was charged full price. I asked the customer service and they took off the 20 euro price and said it was a bank holiday sale. No apology and I left with a refund and no sprayer. Staff need some upto date customer service training
Buy elsewhere!!!! Shocking customer service. Nobody replies to the emails. One month later, still no teapot!!!! Avoid!!!!
Worst customer service. AVOID! Paid for an electric blanket online on 16th January. It never arrived and I cannot get in contact with anyone who works in the online department. Their customer service is non-existent.
Online shop doesn’t exist, bought a number of items and got an email to say order was placed and money was taken from my account. Didn’t hear anything for a week and a half so sent 4 emails but got no reply. Eventually got a message saying that my order had been cancelled because they have no stock. I have since read the negative comments here ,I only wish I had seen them before I ordered
