Is a really bad experience, because i ordered S size but, came L size, and i request for exchange, but they are saying not possible , don't buy anything from here

Take time to read the reviews. I wish I had done that. It took long time to receive the bras. I ordered a size up from normal US sizing and they were so small that I couldn't even fasten them. Poor quality material. Don't bother with trying to get a refund. Wasted my money! Scam.

First, this site is not clear that you are ordering from overseas. Shipping took forever. Then, when the package came, the items were of extremely poor quality. One item was even torn. I asked for a refund and they told it would cost ME more to send it back (to Italy, I think) than my order (about $60). The offered me a $5 refund. Ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Save your money and your aggravation.

This site is an absolute scam. They advertise everywhere. I ordered three pairs of the high wasted jeans, Medium US 4-6. First, it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. Second, they were ENORMOUS. There is zero chance of having them altered or anything else. The insert with package has a fake customer service email, and they slow respond. Like another respondent, they had me send pictures, and state that there is nothing wrong with the product!?!? It DOESN'T FIT. How do you have no process for refunds or returns? They offered me all of $10, with no way to return the garbage product. No stars, this is a fly-by-night joke of a company!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered 2 pairs of high waisted jeans for about $90US. What arrived was cheap imitation knock offs that were nowhere near the look or quality of those pictured and advertised. Numerous differences in the design of the jeans and the sizing was way off. Even upon producing numerous pictures of the differences (I luckily had some pictures saved of what they advertised as the item mysteriously disappeared from their website when I contacted them) I have been constantly stonewalled with the returns process. I have sent no less than 3 emails asking for the return address for a full refund. Each time I was offered a ridiculous compensation. I was initially offered a measly $7US refund, then $9, then the latest offer in $12US refund - obviously nowhere near the nearly $90 that paid. The saga still continues but if I had my time again I would avoid this company like the plague. They are scammers.

Got a three pack of shaper tops and a dress. All complete Asian garbage. Don’t waste your money.

Horrible customer service experience. I was told I could get 1/8 of my purchase price IF I decided to return. I was told it was not worth it due to shipping. Honestly that should be my decision. The product material was not well made. I did not like it and do not want it. I argued for several days and they then offered an additional $4. $12 total on a $65 order. There website says we want you to be happy contact us well I did and guess what they are not even close to trying to help with this return/refund!! I would never recommend a company that treats their customers like this.

***Buyer Beware*** This company will take your money, when you receive the items you'll see that quality is not what was advertised. When you try to return the items, they will not honor their return policy, they refuse to provide a return shipping address. They offered me $6USD in compensation for the $84USD I spent on their subpar products. Of course I declined and insisted on a return address but they will not provide one; they responded that they could give me $9USD and then upped it to $16USD but still way short of $84USD. The saga is still ongoing but I have flooded their Facebook page with "Buyer Beware" comments on all their posts in hopes that it saves people from experiencing the same thing. The company indicates that they are located in Wales and appears to be under the umbrella of Landbase Trading CO. LTD which the two listed directors are located in the Philippines and China. I have filed a scam report via the BBB. I'm sure I won't get my money back but I will not let this go, I'm bored and menopaused they have no idea how long I can keep this up!

Measured myself and purchased according to their size chart. Pants came and were 2 full sizes too big. They offered me $4 and no exchange. Terrible customer service. The pants are also paper thin... AWFUL quality! I wouldn't be able to even give these away if I tried. So sad I got scammed by an instagram ad :( Stay away from this company!

Buyer beware. I ordered a pair of jeans from Coordinatea and paid $57. I recieved shipping updates every few days for 2 weeks saying my package was in customs in Italy. Then, they randomly arrived in the mail, yet I continue to receive tracking updates.

The quality of the jeans are terrible. They are cheap and there are supposed to buttons on the front pockets. There are buttons inside the pockets, but no button holes, only fake stitching looking like a hole. The stitching throughout the item is cheap and fraying.They are super stretched out and big in the waist, as well.

When I reached out to their customer service, they responded that I should "fold the fabric over and cut the button holes." They also deleted my negative reviews on their socials.

This company is a scam and the other reviews here are clearly fake.

They don't convert their sizing to US sizes....and you'll have to pay return shipping to China which are expensive and it takes months to get your order. They don't tell you any of this on their site. ****Beware*****Scam***

Terrible experience and no human contacts to process a refund or to get help. Only AI bots that don't allow you to resolve your issue. I wish I would have read these reviews beforehand.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.... I ORDERED TWO MONTHS AGO AND KEEP GETTING FALSE TRACKING NUMBERS AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

They stole my money. I placed an order for $70 and of course they never sent my clothes.

11/6 Update: Now they're offering $24 and informing me that my shipping expenses to china will be expensive. The original package came from US, the website suggests the clothing company is based in Norway. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS"

Ordered items on 09/11 - Received 10/28. Attempting to return items as they are both too long for the intended look and too short to substitute for pants. I am 5'5" which is average. They're playing games with email and finally stated there's no issue that's thier issue and offered me $12 for my troubles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will update if there's a change in the status.

Ordered on the 25/08/23 and still not received my items, I’m absolutely disgusted by there lack of customer service and being told the same thing that they will urge the tracking information to be updated, I have emailed there support email twice and have not heard anything. Stay away at all costs

Buyer beware!! Also don’t fall for the good reviews like I did! You can’t trust anything advertised through social media. They did a great job of making the site look legit.
Took 2 months to arrive. Shipping updates showed them coming from Poland but who knows! They finally arrived and the quality is terrible! They are not actual twill and they just pull on. No zipper or buttons. Total junk!! Don’t waste your time or money! I’m out $65 and the garbage pants will probably go to Goodwill!

Abysmal customer service. Find another site to make your purchases - if you don't like your item you'll get the following message:

"The return and refund cycle is long....trust your first instinct....just keep it...."

Really? Whatever Chinese run scam fest runs this company can keep their garbage!

They are a horrible company - do not order from them. I ordered a L and when they FINALLY came, they fit like XXL. I immediately asked to return them and said I'd have to send them to China and offered me $6 instead of returning them yet I paid $64. I asked to return them to the US address from which they were sent and they ignored my request. I even asked for an exchange yet they still said no. Would not help at all and now I'm stuck with 2 pairs of pants that don't fit and I'm out $64. DO NOT ORDER WITH COORDINATEA!!!!

I placed an order on September 10 and still have not received anything. The tracking shows the products are now in the United States as of October 9. The products should have arrived by now, even if they were shipped via ground.
