Is a really bad experience, because i ordered S size but, came L size, and i request for exchange, but they are saying not possible , don't buy anything from here

Waiting for order for 2 months… terrible customer service
Purchased a pair of pants on 8/25/23 and still have not received them. The tracking stopped showing updates 9/21. I’ve contacted customer service and they keep saying they will“urge” the shipment. I’ve never had to wait two months for any order. Fairly certain this is a scam business. Horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. I received pants that were damaged and I can’t get in touch with anyone to have them fixed. Their contact us is the worst and they don’t answer your concerns at all. Don’t buy!
