Cope&Co have managed / let my property for over 10years - there has never been an issue, no problem was beyond them. Huge shout out to Kelsey in Lettings - amazing! The accounts department are faultless! ( Laura)
On selling the obvious choice was Cope&Co estate agents - equally brilliant. Great staff and big shout out to Sean - above and beyond employee.

We applied for two properties, the correspondence is very poor and we had to chase several times with the first property, and never heard back on the second property (same landlord in the same block of flats).
The gentleman that showed us around was lovely and very positive, however it was down hill from there.
Trying to find a property is stressful but I felt I was annoying them by calling to check, and when the property was removed from rightmove I presumed it had been let but we were never informed.
Totally understand that landlords have a proportion of blame on the length of time to go through applicants but it’s really unfair and disheartening not to hear back when you put a lot of time and effort in viewing and completing application forms.

….. My review was genuine and heartfelt and your response is like all the other reviews I have read, defensive and unapologetic.
Whilst I took on board the landlords time scale in my review, in two weeks we’ve had one phone call to say our application wasn’t successful. No further correspondence to the other application and when we phone it’s like it’s a hindrance to you so we stopped and applied elsewhere.

You have to take some responsibility, you are the ones advertising the property and therefore the correspondence is through yourselves. We are all human and a little empathy with our situations wouldn’t have gone a miss, we were waiting to find out if our son would be in a property for Christmas.

James and Michaela were brilliant and sold my house to the first to view. The photos, video, drone and details of the property were very accurate showing the full potential of the house and living in Melbourne. The house I purchased was also for sale with Cope and Co and everything went smoothly with excellent communication from Sales Negotiator Michaela. I would recommend Cope. And Co to anyone selling their house.

Simon went out of his way to help me understand the new rules of being a Landlord, I fully appreciate all he's done and would recommend Cope & Co. for letting to anybody needing an agent.

From the minute that I decided to view a property to the last second of getting the keys, the staff have absolutely amazing! Making everything that they could to help and offering assistance whenever was as possible, they were always very quick to answer any questions via WhatsApp or email and their way of signing the paperwork via the website was incredible, so quick and easy!

We engaged Cope & co to carry out the sale of our HMO property, Cope & Co got a buyer for the property within days, great you'd think, however, Cope & Co did not carry out the due diligence required by law on the purchaser but continued to put SSTC on the web and on the sale board which in turn removed the property from the market.
Several weeks later my conveyancer asked why she hadn't got the sales memo from Cope & Co.
I then contacted Cope & Co to find the reason in us not having the sales memo was the purchaser hadn't completed all that was required by law for a sale to be confirmed!
I immediately told Cope & co to remove all the SSTC signs and get it remarketed and that I didn't agree with them putting SSTC on the sale board and online effectively removing my property from the market.

I was informed in an email when the sale was agreed a lady within the office would now look after the sales progression and she'd be our contact from hereon in, but as you can see, no sales follow ups were ever made or received!

This is now where you couldn't catch your breath.......... Cope & Co found another purchaser but AGAIN didn't carry out all the relevant checks required by law to have a sale agreed memo issued, Cope & Co still applied SSTC, AGAIN knowing my views from the last Cope & Co Fiasco on marking the property SSTC without a sales memo being issued or completed.

I immediately removed my property from sale as Cope & Co had now made my property look like it had flaws/issues and two sales had fallen through.

I will never use Cope & Co again and advise anyone thinking of engaging them to think long and hard!!

Rented through Cope&Co for 5yrs+, after our landlord wanted to move into our previous property they went above & beyond to help us get sorted in another place. I have dealt with Cope and Co for a number of years renting out properties, I recently had one to go back onto the rental market, I arranged to meet Simon Joyce, who I have known for a number of years to view, take visual images of the property and place it on the website.
I got a very prompt service, visit on Friday advertised on Monday, Simon was, as always, very professional, experienced in his field and was able to advise as to a realistic rental figure based on the current market.
