I recently placed a large order with Core Balance for 72 yoga mats for our event and workshop logistics, and the experience working with their team has been top-tier from start to finish.

Call handlers we're very helpful and supportive. Just one issue though. The evri delivery driver who collected the parcel to return told me that the labelling for evri was incorrect!

Really fast delivery
Really fast delivery. Unfortunately one section of my hoop was damaged, but after contacting Core Balance they immediately said they would replace the hoop. So looking forward to trying out my new hoop.

90cms foam roller received that was…
90cms foam roller received that was compressed out of shape, bent and only measuring 79 cms. Completely unusable. Packaging was not damaged so product must have been sent in that condition. Contacted them and also sent pictures. Have heard nothing back
