Hi, I ordered a set of dumbbells and a console table was delivered. Evri sent me a message prior to the delivery with a picture of the dumbbells .
I have no idea what has happened 😕

My second mat from this company
My second mat from this company, I love it. The cat did too so she chewed and scratched it from day one! The only reason I've bought a replacement is due to clear out for house move. It has been great underfoot and lovely colours and quality. The guidelines really help.

Awful customer service
I ordered a foam roller and the wrong size was sent. I was given the option to return via Royal mail or Evri. I asked the Core Balance member of staff that I was talking to on the phone to remain on the line while I sorted it out on my phone via Royal Mail. It did not work so I proceeded via Evri. I booked a time slot for pickup however it did not arrive even though I had an email saying we have collected your item.
However I asked Core Balance to contact Evri as I could not get hold of Evri at all. Even a delivery staff of Evri said to me when I saw them one day that even they themselves cannot get hold of them. (Their own company).
Core balance said that they do not get involved in getting hold of Evri and asked me to find an alternative courier company at my own cost! I spoke to Evri when I saw them deliver someone else's parcel and they confirmed that the company can call them.
I was very annoyed that they expected me to find my own career company at my own expense so as I got quite angry they offered to refund me which took a long time.
The staff seem to be based in France and all they say that we apologise etc etc.
I would never use this company again.

Great mat, doesn’t slip and perfect for hiit workouts. Great customer service, I had an issue with the wrong colour of mat being sent by this was resolved without fuss and completely exceeded my expectations
