I never felt pushed or rushed into decisions, instead Mark patiently explained every step to make sure I make the best choice within my budget. So impressed with the service I received from David King and Kieran Tilley ar Coreco when i needed to remortgage my house for the first time in 25 years. The initial consultation with David was really helpful - i was a bit daunted by the prospect of remortgaging, expecting it to be very long winded and time consuming. We quickly established what i was seeking to achieve from the remortgage and ran through some different options. David sent me some alternative proposals which we discussed on a follow up call. He handled all the initial contact with the chosen provider and negotiated a couple of tricky situations, not least when my application was rejected at one stage during the process which was stressful for me but i was quickly reassured by David that it was something that could be resolved. Once the mortgage offer was secured, I was introduced by David to a firm of solicitors in Leeds who provided an equally amazing service to take the remortgage smoothly to completion. At each milestone I received emails from David and Kieran to assure me they were keeping tabs on progress. Initial call to Coreco from me was late September and remortgage was finalised within 2 months. Highly recommended
