The tea was a present for a dear friend recovering from an operation. Sent through yodel, arrived 8.35 pm two and a half hours past delivery time.
Hot cream, broken scones. Extremely disappointed.
Contacted customer service and was offered twenty percent discount on my next order.
I will never use this company again. The whole surprise gift was ruined.
While this company uses yodel for its delivery the service will only get worse.

Arrived on the day they said it would; for a birthday so it was important. Well presented, and beautifully packaged. Made a simple birthday gift a bit more special.

What a treat! I've ordered cream teas before as gifts, but decided to try the black forest version for my Mum's birthday. We were not disappointed 👏🏼 The tea arrived as requested and the quality was fabulous, pillowy scones, fresh clotted cream and pleasingly tart cherry jam. Will (& already have) definitely recommend!!

A lack of communication once my order was placed. An email to say the label was being printed thats all. Cream tea did not arrive on the date requested, two days late. No email to say it had been delivered. Four scones, two very small jars of jam and one small container of clotted cream! No where near enough if you are eating the scones in two separate halves! Very disappointed with the order.

A lovely surprise, packaged well and most importantly it was delicious. Pasties were generously filled, and the fudge really was nice. Enjoyed it all and would recommend.

Our first order arrived late from Royal Mail and due to the weather the pasties were too warm to be consumed! Not Cornish’s problem obviously. I reached out and asked if I could possibly have a replacement and was told I would receive a response in 48 hours. After 5 days I chased again and received an apology, was told the pasties would be replaced and we agreed on the Friday for delivery.
The pasties arrived on the Thursday with no tracking or notification and once again were left in the sun and inedible!
I messaged Rebecca again to advise and unfortunately this time the response was quite short and we were advised it was our duty to be in for delivery!
I don’t disagree with the above but we had arranged a delivery date for when we would be in!
I replied to Rebecca to advise the same and have received no response.
Very disappointing really as this was a Father’s Day gift.

The packaging for the other bits in the hamper was nice though, as were the relishes and cheese scones.

I won’t use them again due to poor customer service which is a shame really but if your pasties arrive when planned and are edible I’m sure they will be lovely

I wasn't expecting the order to arrive on time due to the Royal Mail issues, so was very pleased to find it did arrive on Father's Day itself. Not only that, but I sent an email to Cornish Cream Teas on the Sunday to clarify whether it was coming and they replied instantly. That is next level customer service! The hamper itself was beautifully presented inside and out, my husband was very pleased with his gift and tells me it was delicious. I felt it was a gift representing good value for money and I look forward to using them again.

Ordered a Father’s Day gift set from The Cornish Pasty Company a couple of months in advance with a nominated delivery. Communication was confusing — I was bombarded with unnecessary emails about confirming my address, and despite being promised tracking updates, I never received one. I had to go digging on their website myself to find out where the parcel was.

When it finally arrived, it had been in transit for nearly 48 hours. The clotted cream was completely unprotected, and the pasty (in a flimsy insulated envelope with a defrosted gel pack) plus the cream were both at room temperature — 21 degrees. The company insisted it was still fine to eat, but with an elderly dad, I wasn’t willing to take that risk, so the whole lot went in the bin.

On top of that, the packaging was appalling for the price: the items rattled around a big box with minimal protection. The scone looked rubbery and poor quality (likely pre-frozen), and the “extras” were just two tiny sachets of cheap supermarket tea and coffee.

All in all, very disappointing — especially as it was meant to be a special gift. Would not recommend.

Once again, just had a brilliant service from the Cornish Cream Teas company.
Have used them before for Valentines day and will 100% use them again in the future.
Their service is brilliant and always go that little extra to make the experience what it should be

Items never arrived so I emailed and Rebecca said it would definitely be arriving on 15/6.
It still didnt arrive and came 16/6. I ordered two box’s for my partner and dad for Father’s Day. They were very disappointed and myself embarrassed as they had nothing for Father’s Day.
When I delivery did arrive the scones and pasty’s were mouldy. Iv reached out through email many of times for a refund and had no replies.
Terrible customer service.

Father’s Day Box, I ordered for my husband, it was meant to come on Saturday but after emailing there was a brilliant reply with the explanation as to what had happened and was happening. It arrived special delivery on Sunday which was actually perfect it being Father’s Day. He said the DAD pasty’s were delicious and so was the cream team. He had previously ordered me a Mother’s Day one which was black cherry themed and was amazing. We would definitely recommend and buy again. I’m sure there are times where things don’t go 100% but we should all try running and small business. Well done to the team for pulling out all the stops, it was much appreciated.

We, like others, recieved our package a day late due to Royal Mail which was beyond the control of Cornish Cream Teas. I contacted Rebecca who responded immedately and without hesitation organised for an additional box to be sent out at no expense to me to arrive when suitable for me. The original package was beautiful and my Husband really enjoyed the treat and thought it was great that a second one as coming. Thank you Rebecca and the team for your prompt actions to rectify the late delivery you should be proud. Further orders will be placed with Cornish Cream Teas!

Received a Father's Day pasty and scones and cream from my daughter on Father's Day
I was pleasantly surprised to see the heart shaped pasty with the word 'Dad' on it when I opened the package
The cooking instructions were excellent and straight forward
The pasty tasted great and fed 2 adults and a 3 year old granddaughter
We also enjoyed the scones cream and jam.
Am very thankful for my daughter in giving me this unusual gift

Unfortunately Royal Mail seem to be messing up a lot of small businesses, hence one star down. The package arrived late due to Royal Mail's utter incompetence. Yes disappointing, but not the company's fault.
They responded to my email within 24 hours and sent a replacement box as my Dad would not be in once the package was delivered. Couldn't fault their response and resolution to this issue and at their expense. Thank you for sorting this out for us.

I’m the recipient of this father days Cornish cream tea. I was really looking forward to this, from our daughter, it was supposed to have arrived on the 14/june/25 but arrived on the 18/june/25, the cream was bbd the 16 it two days past, and the two pasty’s had gone mouldy, nice green fur coat. I know this is not your fault, it falls at the feet of the Royal Mail, maybe you should look at alternative delivery systems and my daughter is so angry and upset that she could not get any any way forward with the P/O yours disappointed Mr Robert Light

Order never arrived. Requested a refund. They kept pushing for a replacement. It was for father's day so as its been and gone, it's lost its appeal! I have been told that if I want a refund they will need the original box back to make a claim from royal mail but how can I give them the original box back when it never arrived!!!!! Their phone lines have now been turned off. Emails not being answered anymore. Where do I stand? No order and out of pocket!!

Our daughter presented me with a cream tea for 2, for father’s day, very tasty pasty and the scones were light and fluffy. Even instructions for applying jam before the clotted cream (Cornish style)🤣🤣 Excellently packaged and presented. Very pleased with this product.
