As a broker the company charges excessive amounts for the most elementary administration of a UK motor insurance policy, such as £50 for a mid-term cancellation of a policy, which in my case wiped out the refund credited to me by the insurer. Communication concerning the administration charge was very poor and response time was extremely slow. The company also demanded payment of a further charge that contractually they were not entitled to receive. No apology was made for the error.

David always take his time to explain every steps and he make sure I understand. He has been very helpful and never gets tired of my constant calls or email!!!

Mark Davis was absolutely fantastic to deal with when myself and my partner were sorting out our mortgage protection as first time buyers.
