As a broker the company charges excessive amounts for the most elementary administration of a UK motor insurance policy, such as £50 for a mid-term cancellation of a policy, which in my case wiped out the refund credited to me by the insurer. Communication concerning the administration charge was very poor and response time was extremely slow. The company also demanded payment of a further charge that contractually they were not entitled to receive. No apology was made for the error.
