Everything is wrong with his company! From invoices not working or syncing to payments taking 20 days to even PROCESS! they are a joke!
Horrible system - Stay away from Corpay
A simple thing like changing payment method has now taken me (wasted!!) 2 working days and is still not resolved. Despite paying a HUGE amount of money each month for Corpay One Pro subscription apparently we have NO support - their chat doesn't work and only via Slow emails will support bother to reply. STAY WELL CLEAR of this company - Anyting else will be better.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Customer service, website and platform all are horrible. Salesman lied to me about features, etc. Took me two hours to close this account as they cycled me through customer service and the retention team. That's 2 hours I will never get back.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Their "secure" link for them to accept banking information doesn't work. I've emailed and called several times over the past 26 days to get this resolved. They've opened a grand total of 6 different cases, and running to get this one issue resolved. I've been told that they will "resolve the issues and send a follow up email" and have never sent one.
When you call in and detail the problem, it goes over everyone's head. They're not in situations where they can even be helpful, due to their corporate policies.

Horrible company a client of ours switched to them and it's an absolute nightmare. They refuse to pay in a timely manor. Horrible customer service. The absolute worst company to deal with

Can't get tech help to sign into my Vender Portal which doesn't recognize my email. The same email they sent the remittance notice to. Non existing customer service while our $10k is in limbo.

Intentional Delay to Make More Money
When the company was operating as Nvoice I would receive my ACH the following day. Now that they are going by Corpay, they take the full 5 days to transfer, so that they can offer expedited 1 day service with a 1% fee.
Kiss your money goodbye because CorPay will never give it to you.
I have been trying to get CorPay to pay me via ACH since my customer switched to using them. CorPay has created a labyrinth of red tape and people so intellectually challenged that I have not been able to get set up on ACH for over three months.
1) I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get my ACH information updated. I was told I had to respond to the email I had been sent. I said "the email from noreply @ corpay.com?" I was told yes, respond to that email.
2) On a different call I was told they could not update my ACH information over the phone. I told them I wasn't asking them to take the information over the phone, that I had previously submitted it three times. I just wanted them to take the information they already had on their side of the phone and put it into their computer. I was told they could not do that and I needed to respond to the email from noreply @ corpay.com
3) I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told they could not do that. I asked why not - I was told they are not allowed to involve supervisors. I asked for the name of the person the CSR reported to. She would not tell me - she was not allowed to give me that name. She told me to reply to the email from noreply @ corpay.com.
I have called, emailed, used the contact us feature on the website and asked my customer to get involved. All to no avail. There is another review on this site stating that CorPay makes their money by not giving vendors their money in a timely manner. That is correct. If they were to update my ACH information, I would get my money 14 days sooner. I truly believe that is why they will not update my ACH information. They want to sit on my money.
$200 a day in interest may not be a lot of money to some companies, but I can't afford to pay close to $3k a month waiting for my money that I earned 60 days ago.
This Company is a Scam STAY AWAY
Corpay customer service lies and will not take responsibility. They will not send money to my bank through ACH which I have used for years. They insist on sending paper checks and it takes weeks for payments. They are holding my money and engaged in fraudulent activities. This organization is the absolute worst, plain thieves. I have fallen behind on my bills because they refuse to pay me MY money in a timely manner. The customer service is atrocious and just read from a script when you address thier fraudulent behaviors. I can not believe they are allowed to act like this with peoples money. If you are reading this to consider them as a vendor DO NOT USE THEM. Read the negative reviews they are accurate. It makes me sick to think about how they mistreat people and small businesses just trying to get by in this hard economy all while they profit.
Avoid Avoid Avoid Corpay!
There are so many things wrong with this accounting system.I don't even know where to start. Someone posted a review back in October, many of the problems that they are having, the company I work for is having the same issues.
Paper checks take over three weeks to arrive to the vendor. ACH payments and MasterCard payments take a week. That is just unacceptable in today's age.
The system is an OCR which can be handy but frankly that may be the only good thing about it.
Corpay has changed payment type on vendors without any notice. This causes the vendor to not get payment because they did this without being requested to.
They have sent remittances to address that weren't even in the system. Can't figure that one out. You have to select the correct address when reviewing the invoice. Corpay will then proceed to send the check to the address NOT selected and then lie and tell us (AP) we have to change the address BEFORE we submit the invoice through email.
I'm missing a lot more problems, it's so many I can't think of them all.
Frankly for 80k a month you'd think it would do better.

Jeg bruger dagligt Corpay i arbejdsregi, og må bare sige, at jeg aldrig har oplevet hurtigere og bedre kundeservice/support.
Det skal lige nævnes, at vi ikke oplever sønderligt mange problemer (ikke flere end på andre platforme), hvorfor det ikke er så ofte vi må aktivere dem - men når uheldet er ude findes responstiden utrolig hurtig (og hjælpen tilstrækkelig). 5/5.
Stay away from this company
Since our company started using Corpay for paying bills of our clients, it became a circus. Corpay messes up payments, sends small business mastercard payments with cc fees, sends payments to the wrong vendors, delays the payments, once they send 13 unsigned checks and all the vendors got admin fees which Corpay DID NOT reimburse. Do not ever use this company. Do you best to avoid companies using Corpay. We've got tons of frustrated vendors, mad clients and "wonderful" experience dealing with their customer support that takes DAYS to stop a check that we were doing internally within a few minutes.
If you care about your business and clients - stay away from this company.
Thankfully, we're going back to sending payments in-house, but it was the most stressfull experience in my life dealing with such a crazy amounts of escalation because of Corpay.

Hej. Jeg skriver for at udtrykke min frustration over det elendige forsøg på at komme i kontakt med jer. Vi har nu i otte uger forsøgt at få kontakt uden held. Hver gang lover I at ringe tilbage, men det sker aldrig. Vi har involveret både vores bank og revisor for at få nogle svar, før vi starter en aftale op for fire selskaber, men vi har ikke fået nogen respons. Det er virkelig uacceptabelt og ineffektivt. Vi har brug for en løsning på dette problem straks.

Godt, men har mistet momentum
Systemet er basalt set godt og har mange muligheder for tilpasning af godkendelses flow mv.
Jeg er dog kritisk over for nogle ting og det kan snart få mig til nedjustere antal stjerner (men også opjusterer hvis der snart sker noget)
1) udviklingen er meget langsom (også til at svare på deres feedback side). Eksempelvis: Vi ønsker at de understøtter alle dimensionsmulighederne i e-conomic (e-conomic er en af de mest anvendte økonomisystemer - og ofte integreret med Corpay One). De har end ikke svaret og det er flere måneder siden en anden virksomhed kom med forslaget (som mange har støttet)
2) systemet er relativt langsom til at læse nye fakturaer ind og også i godkendelsesprocessen
3) det er et dyrt system. Det vil man bedre kunne acceptere hvis punkt 1&2 var til kryds og slange.

Worst possible company EVER. Simple they SUCK takes forever to get paid NEVER did before when they were NVoice Pay. They should be closed down they are HOLDING YOUR money. Disgusting they can get away with this crap
