Amazing Stroller
Ordered on a Tuesday, delivered on thursday morning. The stroller is amazing, so light and easy to push, folds down very easy and neatly. Getting lots of compliments already.

Ordered the stroller on Wednesday afternoon and it was here ( in Ireland) by Saturday. Excellent stroller quality we are very impressed. It was a bit of a risk ordering without seeing it but we weren't let down. It has a few added extras and the padding is nice and thick. Excellent stoller

Nice,solid chair
Purchasing the product was easy although there was a moment i was unsure if i had actualy bought it or not. It arrived in a few days, in a good condition and seems really nice and solid chair. Easy to fold and the bag is a good size for carrying it. We still haven't use it but seems it will be fine.

360 Ultra Whisper, quality very poor
Quality of material very poor, leggings and swimsuits done from the similar material, very thin and silky easy to damage. Giggle 4 lollop was made from much more better material. Canape all bended, again no hard core plastic put inside, headrest lives gap for a neck that not safe for a babies, seat it self super heavy and difficult to carry, needed man's hands. Instruction book is worse than Ikea furniture manual, and there's no video included how to lower down the head rest, for customer care takes more than 20 hours to reply. If someone looking to lower down you have to pull string up in the same time push down, wich is most rediculous design. Buttons on the isofix base located not in easy position to reach. And forgot to add, poor stiching and color is much darker than on the pictures, Whisper on the pictures looks light cream, in reality its ercu grey-bege.
So very unpleased with a purchase. For that high price should be much more better made.

I can see that you contacted our Customer Service team on 7th June for assistance with adjusting the headrest. We responded on 8th June requesting confirmation of your car seat model in order to provide accurate guidance, but we’ve not received any further correspondence from you since.
All fitting instructions are included in the product manual, and there is a QR code on the car seat itself that links to quick fitting support. We also offer helpful product videos on our website.
All our products undergo thorough independent and in-house testing, as well as user testing, before being released to market.

This brand is superb! I love the prints and colours, and my baby love them too, their product are gorgeous and the customer support is really great, I would recommend to every parent. I have the travel system, car seat, compact stroller and I can genuinely say it have been my best purchases.

Buyer beware! Despite car seat bundles being advertised as "all you need", after waiting excitedly a month and a half for our delivery, it did not include the essential ISOFix car seat base compatible with the baby seat. They might as well have shipped the buggy without the wheels. This leaves us disappointed, frustrated, out of pocket and confused as to where to go now. Their customer service phone lines are not available mid-week.

Highly recommend this travel buggy. Absolutely delighted with it. Its so sturdy and folds up very neat. The farm style I picked is Absolutely beautiful. Comes with footmuff, rain cover and cup holder.
