Cosmic Collectables is a new online based collectables company. Our goal is to bring affordable prices to customers all over the UK. We make this possible because we trade solely online so we can be extremely competitive with our prices. As collectors we know how expensive the hobby can be, so it is our goal to help customers save as much money when building their own collections. We absolutely love these communities and as a big Pokemon collector with a lot of friends in the hobby, it is always an enjoyable experience when talking/trading. Friendly and Helpful
Although they had a stock issue with the Machamp Alt Art pokemon card I wanted. The fast, friendly response to let me know and giving my money back right away was very professional.
They even said they would email me as soon as they get one in stock.
Just based on how nice the email responses were I would use them again.
Hopefully to help finish my master set of Astral Radience!

hounding me constantly for a review
got what i wanted at a reasonable price but dont appreciate being hounded to leave a review so hopefully this mediocre review will prevent me receiving any more emails "reminding" me to review, if not, i will just reduce to 1 star
*please note, the reason i didnt not leave a review is not because i forgot, its because i dont care about reviewing your company in the first place but hey, you got what you asked for so now stop hounding me and in future i will look elsewhere

I do apologise for the emails you have been receiving. We only send one out personally which offers our customers points if they review and are signed up to our rewards program.
The other emails you will receive is an automated emailing system by Trustpilot, and not something we have control over without turning off review requests entirely.
I am glad you received your order and you was happy with our service. There should be an unsubscribe button on the trust pilot email I believe which would prevent any future emails from them 😊.

Provided wonderful service in all ways.
I came into the shop on three consecutive days while I was on holiday in the area, proprietors were lovely, helpful and handed me a large stack of cards to just look through. After getting home I ordered a product from them online and received it promptly. Great service all round :)

Ordered a £50 mystery box and was not disappointed. Contents came to well over £50. The box was dispatched the day after ordering and I received the day after that. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Only found cosmic Collectables this year. I preorder all my Pokémon orders with them now. They always arrive on the day of release which is amazing. Great prices too. It’s hard to find a trusted seller outside of the main suppliers but honestly guys I can say you will not ever regret ordering from cosmic.

Pre order unfulfilled after holding my money for half a year. Avoid
Purchased a case of One Piece Cards early 2023 due to be delivered in June. After keeping my money for half a year , just as everyone is getting there cards I recieve a refund saying the order can not be fulfilled. If you are planning to Pre Order with this business I would strongly advise against it as you will most likely be disappointed.
