Cosmic Collectables is a new online based collectables company. Our goal is to bring affordable prices to customers all over the UK. We make this possible because we trade solely online so we can be extremely competitive with our prices. As collectors we know how expensive the hobby can be, so it is our goal to help customers save as much money when building their own collections. We absolutely love these communities and as a big Pokemon collector with a lot of friends in the hobby, it is always an enjoyable experience when talking/trading. This is my second order from Cosmic Collectables and both instances have been outstanding, the first time was blister packs and they were packaged really well, and this time I ordered around 20 individual cards to help out with my collection, and these were packaged beautifully, individually sleeved, then clamped and finally bubble wrapped in a thin box, I won’t go anywhere else for individual cards now, it shows that Shai and Amanda love what they do and are the best at it!

A smaller TCG online store who, based on my first order with them, have a standard of product handling higher than most I've experienced with bigger retailers.
I bought a S&V Booster Box and ETB bundle (out of a selection of competetively priced bundles). Usually such products arrive with tears in the wrap and broken perforations, but both were delivered from this store with flawless shrink wrap and the perforations intact on the Booster Box, perfect for anyone wanting a pristine sealed collection. Great service at great prices
Have used Cosmic for a few orders now and have found their prices some of the best around and their service great. They have a great selection. Preorders have all come on release day and normal orders have all come in a few days. Can't recommend more.

Another issue with overselling
Another issue with overselling. You are a small shop, you are being bullish in your market research and attempting to justify it via emails. Your cancellation email and attempt to actually justify the quantity you’re “short on” was rubbish and not realistic. Refund was at least given but shocker, my trust was misplaced for pre-ordering from you, as everything else has now sold out!

Thank you for leaving us feedback, and I apologise again for the issues faced with the phyrexia all will be one compleat bundles.
This is a problem all stores in the UK will be facing because WOTC supplied such a tiny amount to the UK, so our suppliers were forced to favour WPN stores by WOTC.
The moment we were notified we would receive 1 out of the 150 we ordered with 4 different suppliers, we contacted customers to apologise and immediately issued a refund.
We try to be as careful as possible with pre orders which is why we only sold 25 of these, and the only reason we sell pre orders is to make sure collectors can get their orders in early before the items surge in price, and either stores gouge their prices, or resellers and bots buy out the stock to resell at inflated prices, like we are seeing now.
We never expected numbers to be as bad as 1 per store, these are numbers we have never faced with any product release, and I cannot apologise enough.
Please note that if there is a restock we will contact customers, and offer the product at the same price they pre ordered originally.

Oversold on Yugioh product and did not deliver on time. By the time it was canceled cost additional money to buy it from elsewhere.
Communication was good but the right response would have been to purchase the product from else where or fulfil with the current allocation
