We spent some time choosing a BBQ we liked at the right price. Chose a CosmoGrill Original 4+1 model through B&Q - arrived on time and really well packed. We're very happy with it. Had an issue with 2 'missing' door magnets, we looked everywhere for them finally contacted Cosmo. Kiran replied swiftly over a weekend and advised they may be tucked into another part - they were! Issue sorted with minimal fuss - thanks Kiran , you saved a Saturday evening BBQ!

Arrived early, as described, a massive step up in quality and ease of use from my previous ‘barrel offset smoker’.

Arrived well packed and no damage. Very concise instructions, easy to follow and I’m 75!!
My only fault was that one of the utensil hooks was damaged but this was swiftly replaced by Kiran.
Unit is easy to use and to be able to raise and lower the ash tray is brilliant.
Gets my vote.

The customer service was 10/10 first we discovered that the product we had just purchased had been reduced a day or 2 after and the team honoured a refund of the difference. Then once we had put the BBQ up we noticed a fault, however this fault was more cosmetic and we were assured it wouldn't hinder the performance of the BBQ and offered a replacement, but as we had put the whole thing up and was going to use the BBQ the following weekend, they offered a gesture of goodwill by offering a small addition to the BBQ to the tune of around £30 - overall the customer service was superb and the product itself has been a real investment and has been used all summer.

I ordered a firebox unit replacement, new flame tamers and cast iron grill. I had some issues with the delivery but Ian from customer support sorted that out very quickly and a couple of days later I had the rest of the items that I had ordered. Overall great customer support, quick, reasonable and very easy to deal with.

I love my grill and the build quality is excellent. My friends are also considering to purchase the same model as mine.

Quick delivery, good deal with the waterproof cover albeit the stitching is questionable, couple of bits quite fiddley on assembly but managed in under an hour, the pre filled and itemised screw/fixings is an excellent idea which helped the assembly process, in all, pleased with the purchase,

We recently purchased a CosmoGrill 93534 BBQ as a birthday gift for my husband, and I just wanted to share what a fantastic experience we've had from start to finish.

The BBQ itself is brilliant – solid, well-designed, and an absolute beast when it comes to grilling. My husband was thrilled with it from the moment he put it together (though the instructions were a bit of a puzzle – definitely manageable, but not the easiest!). Once built, it looked great and has already brought us a lot of joy and delicious meals.

We did run into a small issue with the BBQ cover – one of the seams hadn’t been stitched properly. I reached out to CosmoGrill support to see what could be done, and honestly, their response was outstanding. Both Josh and Kiran were friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They arranged for a replacement cover straight away, which arrived promptly and fits perfectly.

What really stood out to me was the genuine warmth and professionalism of their team. Kiran even followed up to make sure everything had arrived safely, and their thoughtful messages made the whole process feel so personal – a rare thing these days.

Customer service like this makes all the difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CosmoGrill to anyone. It’s clear they care deeply about their customers and the quality of their products.

I recently purchased the CosmoGrill Duo BBQ which unfortunately was delivered with a couple of pieces missing. However, no problem, there is a direct contact facility through WhatsApp and within 24 hours the issue was resolved and parts were in hand. I cannot thank Kiran enough for the support and efficiency throughout the whole process. Extremely helpful and friendly service 😀

I must admit it took a little patience assembly the bbq, but now I'm using it, I must say I like it a lot. There is plenty of cooking area, and the intensity of the burners are easy to adjust. When finished the grills are easy to clean.👍

Received delivery of my XL Smoker Saturday as promised. Took some assembling (as American Style BBQ's do) but easy to follow instructions included and went together fairly easily. First impressions was it was a bit smaller than I expected (but that is on me for not checking the size properly). However, I have used it twice this weekend. Firstly to knock up some burgers which was fine.

We had planned a pizza day for Sunday and to be fair, I could fit a 10" & a 12" pizza stone on the grill and it cooked 10 pizza's really well with a couple of chimney loads of fuel, easily keeping the heat up at 425 deg F. So a well made and seemingly versatile model and I look forward to using it again.

One design fault I would say is they supply it with two wheels but no handle on the opposite site to lift and move it around!

Having owned the CosmoGrill Pro 4+1 for less than 2 months, I have already started to see corrosion and rust built up around the outside of the cook box. I have used the BBQ most weekends and whilst it cooks well enough, as would be expected, it’s clear the materials used are not adequate enough for a BBQ. I have seasoned the grill, throughly cleaned after every cook and maintained it according to CosmoGrills recommendations as well as general BBQ good practice, including the use of their own weatherproof cover. To see this failing of paint and rusting after only 8 weeks of ownership is incredibly poor and disappointing.

As always, it’s best to speak to the company first, and try to reach an amicable solution, but on this occasion I was fobbed off with the usual excuses and an obvious attempted and trying to wriggle out of any warranty, blaming me for using a corrosive cleaning agent (not true, baseless assumption) and not airing it (also not true, a patronising statement, and baseless fact, I know how to look after a BBQ). The fact of the matter is if the paint of this BBQ is peeling and rusting within 2 months, it is not made from adequate materials to sustain the cooking and cleaning over a prolonged period of time, essentially making this useless as a BBQ.

Having done some through investigating it appears there are a number of similar experiences of this BBQ basically falling to bits from corrosion within a short space of time. I didn’t expect that to happen on a BBQ at this price point, and certainly not this quickly. I have garden furniture that has lived outside in the sun sleet and snow for years, and held up better than this has.

Most of the reviews you read on their website will be from people who have just received and assembled it, ignore them, find the reviews here and elsewhere from people with actual usage experience of this BBQ. It will paint you a very different picture indeed. My advice, do not buy this BBQ, It will not last, the warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on and you’ll be throwing your money away. I am very disappointed, and regret buying this BBQ. I wish I paid an extra couple of hundred quid and bought a Weber instead.

Update: Firstly, thanks for acknowledging you have an inferior product made with less durable materials, at least you have shown some honesty in all of this, and potential buyers will now hopefully use that to make an informed decision. Secondly, why would I reply when you made it very clear you weren’t prepared to do anything about it, saying I was at fault with your baseless accusations? So cut the rubbish about hoping to find a solution, if you were willing to offer a solution you would have mentioned it in your email.
