Very happy with it! Delivery was next day, cooks food well and is aesthetically pleasing! My only negative is that the instructions to assemble aren’t very intuitive but we managed it in the end.

Great product, super pleased!
Delivery was as scheduled and the product was exactly as described.
Very high quality, beautiful design and super sturdy.
It took me about 25 minutes to unpack all the bits but something that made assembly easier was that screws/bolts were already in place, a really nice touch.
Allow about 90 minutes to build it and have a big recycling bin for the cardboard!
The instructions are good except it didn't explain how to run the long cable from the side burner to the fact ignition switch, not a major drama.
A first class product, super pleased!

Decent quality and excellent customer service
I bought Cosmogrill hybrid 4 burners, since I found the idea of having both the coal and gas options is appealing. Also, the price is extremely competitive. I would say the quality vs the price can be rated 10/10.
As a function, the grill fining very well, in fact, when I turned the gas burners for the first time, I was amazed to see the temperature raised to 300c very quickly.
Finally, the best thing I found on this purchase is the customer service! They respond quickly, within the same day they sort the issue. I had issues with the delivery, they sorted right away, considering that’s the courier issue. Second, I had one piece missing in the package, I contacted the WhatsApp number they provided with the item and they sent me the item next working day (a Sunday!!).

Excellent barbecue
Fast delivery was much appreciated and although a daunting amount of parts it was relatively easy to assemble.
I received excellent help from Kiran with a minor problem we had with the delivery, so a good after sales service.
The barbecue itself is excellent. We are delighted with it.

Poor Quality
Great at first, but because of the poor quality of materials it doesn't last. I have had the Cosmo Grill smoker XXL for 2 years and 2 weeks. When I removed the cover supplied with the grill to use it for the first time this year, the grill and cover had deteriorated. The cover was faded and rotten with holes and torn in several places. The grill itself is starting to rust in several places and it looks awful. It does still work though, but with an embarrassing appearance. Despite it being so close after the warranty period, Cosmo grill refused to replace the cover and would only provide replacement parts if I paid for them. The grill cooks great, be be aware of how it will look in 2 years' time. Not worth the money in the long term - Buy cheap - Buy twice

Our Custom-fit Oxford Fabric Covers are designed to protect against the elements, but as with any outdoor steel product, especially in the UK's humid climate, it's important to occasionally remove the cover and allow airflow. Prolonged covering without ventilation can lead to moisture build-up, which may cause wear over time.
We always aim to support our customers, especially those who’ve had our products for several years. We’re sorry if your interaction with our team didn’t reflect that. Please don’t hesitate to contact our after-sales team again, we’d be more than happy to review your case and see what can be done.

purchasing online was not easy but …
I had trouble trying to purchase online the item I wanted. Got through to a person on the phone who helped me but he couldn’t take my order. Not sure why. But he sent link straight away and everything went really well after that. Ordered easily and item arrived earlier than expected. Overall very good

Superb BBQ!
Really pleased with the BBQ. Was delivery quickly and well packaged. Was a lot of work to build - but knew this was the case from other reviews. The manual is very basic! Once built. Its huge! Solid and really well made especially the grills which are solid and really good quality. Cover is really thick and good quality. Bonus was the free pizza stone. All in all really pleased and would recommend it.

Delivery was speedy and efficient and the BBQ is clearly well made. However I would say the instructions to piece the kit together are severely lacking and not great at all.

What a waste of time....
We ordered this grill after taking some time, checking what was available and features. The XL CosmoGrill seemed like a great BBQ so we ordered one.
It arrived in a large box in many pieces, you have to put the BBQ together yourself.
3 Hrs later we have a full assembled BBQ... (and I'm not joking it does take quiet a while and 2 people to build)
ONLY AT THIS POINT WILL YOU NOTICE IF SOMETHINGS WRONG, with ours the entire lid was bent out of shape, not closing and sealing the cooking area.
We were told dismantle the BBQ (what!) and box it back up, and we would receive a prepaid lable by email, once the BBQ had been received back we could have a refund.
So no birthday BBQ for me tomorrow, and my money in someone else's bank account.
The BBQ weighs 28Kg and there are around 30 pieces to screw together, arriving in a heavy box 670x670x580.

We appreciate that assembling a BBQ can be a bit of a project. This model typically takes around 1–2 hours, and we do recommend having two people on hand, even for our more compact models. While it can feel frustrating at first, many of our customers enjoy the build process and find it rewarding once completed.
This being said, we're sorry to hear that the hood appeared misaligned. While we pack our BBQs securely, extended transit times can occasionally cause components such as the lid to become slightly jarred. The good news is that thanks to the strength of our materials, issues like this can often be corrected by gently applying pressure to realign the lid, though we absolutely understand this might not be suitable for everyone.
If that approach doesn't work or isn't something you'd prefer to try, we're always happy to arrange replacement parts to get things back to perfect. Alternatively, we completely accept returns, though this does require full disassembly so our courier can safely collect the item and avoid further complications during transit.
We know this wasn’t the experience you hoped for, especially ahead of your birthday, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. If there’s anything further we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach back out to us.

XL smoker grill.
The grill arrived in perfect condition and on time. It took a couple of hours to assemble, but all fitted together perfectly. As for cooking let me tell you it's great, and looks the part. Would definitely recommend.
