Very happy with it! Delivery was next day, cooks food well and is aesthetically pleasing! My only negative is that the instructions to assemble aren’t very intuitive but we managed it in the end.
Great company, I purchased my BBQ from them a few years ago, but sadly my cover got bleached out in the sun, hence ordering a new one. Fast & efficient delivery

Fabulous looking Dual Fuel BBQ with Smoker
Fabulous looking BBQ. Not too difficult to put together, two of us put it together in 2 hours. Part missing contacted Cosmo and a replacement part arrived within 2 days. Amazing customer service.
Makes you want to BBQ to become a master BBQer. Hopefully time for a few more before the weather really changes.

Customer service very nice but quality is undesirable. All rusted after a few barbecues. Will not invest in another one in the future. Very disappointed.

XL Smoker Charcoal Barbecue
We ordered our XL Smoker Charcoal Barbecue on-line from CosmoGrill at a price less that quoted elsewhere and it was delivered free of charge next day. The BBQ came with all the component parts listed and numbered and with comprehensive instructions on construction. Unfortunately I misunderstood one step in the instruction sequence, which meant that the total time for unpacking, laying out and numbering all the parts and constucting the BBQ was longer than it should have been, at about 4 hours.
We tried out the BBQ on a family gathering of 13 people with great success. The food was very well cooked with superb flavours and received compliments all round from our family.
Well done Cosmogrill. Highly recommended.

Excellent BBQ
I’m really happy with my purchase of the Yamara BBQ from Cosmogrill! The delivery experience was excellent – very quick and reliable, which made the whole process stress-free. The BBQ itself is amazing – the build quality is great, sturdy, and definitely worth the money.
Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were clear. It does require two people, but it was still very easy to put together. Once assembled, it looks fantastic and feels like a premium product.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this BBQ and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable grill at a great price.

3 weeks since my gas bbq was delivered…
3 weeks since my gas bbq was delivered and it still isn't working. Tried buying another regulator just in case. Customer Service is slow and not helping. Just came back to say buy another regulator which give already told them in several videos I've shared. Spent a lot of money, can't use it and have no faith they are going to resolve this. Don't risk it.

The Cosmogrill team stopped responding to my emails, and so the problem hasn't been solved. I'm left without a grill and without money. Everyone who's been in this situation where can l reached out for help. I don't know where to turn. I'm left without money and without a grill. In the future, all people who would like to buy a grill from Cosmogrill, be careful of this customer. Don't buy grills from them. They're not a trustworthy company. Please help me if anyone has been in my situation before. Thank you.
