Very happy with it! Delivery was next day, cooks food well and is aesthetically pleasing! My only negative is that the instructions to assemble aren’t very intuitive but we managed it in the end.
Great company, I purchased my BBQ from them a few years ago, but sadly my cover got bleached out in the sun, hence ordering a new one. Fast & efficient delivery

Lasted 3 Years
Purchased a XXL Smoker Charcoal Barbecue on the recommendation of a neighbour. Long story short and after 3 summers the internal part of both BBQs disintegrated. Also replacement parts were expensive a difficult to get. I wrote a review and after pending it disappeared.

Perfect fit BBQ Cover
I've had my BBQ 3 years and the original Cosmo cover has become brittle and torn. I couldn't find the correct cover at a better price anywhere else. It has made my BBQ look like new on my patio. It arrived on the date expected and was very well packaged.

They charge for delivery to the highlands if they advertise free mainland uk then that is what it should be

While we do offer free delivery across mainland UK, courier surcharges unfortunately apply to certain remote areas such as the Highlands. This is something set by the couriers rather than ourselves, though we always try to keep these additional costs as low as possible.

Slow delivery, response and poor condition
Slow Delivery, Response and Poor condition. If you are looking for a cheap BBQ then it’s okay, but just don’t expect it to all be delivered! If you’re looking for quality look elsewhere. One of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever had, from multiple delivery failures, missing parts, damaged parts and no response. I have spoke to only one person who seems to be able to help everyone else fobs you off. Unable to get a refund as they make it so difficult as even though you are missing parts, they won’t give you a refund as the whole item needs to be shipped back and inspected but all the parts didn’t arrive! Would not use again.
