Ordered perfume around $500 worth in June 2025 and still not arrived. No response to my requests for refund and now they are not contactable and website closed!!!!!! How do I get my money back?!?!!!

These people are scammers! I ordered a perfume. The delivery was cancelled. I emailed them asking when the order would be reimbursed. They replied 3 business days. It's been over a month with no reimbursement of funds. Unbelievable!

If I could put no stars I would. Disgrace of a company and for the same reason as many others I see. No response on emails and over 2 months waiting time on delivery. A joke.

This has been one of the WORST online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. My order was placed MONTHS ago and NOTHING has been shipped or refunded. The order hasn’t moved at all, and every email and phone call I’ve made has been completely ignored.
There is ZERO customer service, ZERO communication, and NO sign they intend to deliver anything. After looking online, I can see MANY other customers saying the exact same thing.

I ordered 2 bottles of perfume on 21st September and am still waiting for it 7 weeks later! I have emailed them multiple times and they do not respond. I have also reported to ACCC. Do yourself a favour and don't order from these scammers! I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted $172!

I ordered and paid for perfume more than 2 months ago. It has not shipped.
I have contacted Cost Plus Perfume many times and have had no response. They will not reply, or refund me and I have not received the product.
It is a scam. Steer clear!
Update - email received stating my order was cancelled, but NO REFUND has been issued. Still no responses to emails.
They are scammers
After ordering on the 17th of September and waiting 20 days on 7th of October I sent Cost+Perfume a message asking when my parcel will be delivered. They replied with -

A week after receiving that email I messaged them again and they haven’t got back to me since. It’s now been 42 days! I should’ve read more reviews before ordering.

I ordered a product in SEPTEMBER and I still have not received this product….( it’s now NOVEMBER ) Their follow up service is appalling and I have tried to get a refund or this product sent asap and I have received only one email with awful instructions on how to get a refund….. DO Not waste your time or money!!! An absolute disgrace!!!
Still waiting for order
Ordered back on 9/9/25 , now 22/10/25 . Send couple of emails trying to find out order status. Just been ignored. Seems happy to take our money but no contact or response from this company . Feeling like this could be scam . If they had responded I would not be writing this. I feel gave plenty of opportunity for them to respond . Don't expect your perfume anytime soon
No communication after the receipt of order. Attempted to contact seller a few times to follow up on order to no avail. It wasn't until I requested a refund as it had passed the expected time of delivery that they got in contact. They issued a refund however I would not recommend using Cost Plus Perfumes to anyone considering using them.
SCAM
Made a purchase a month ago. The item has not been sent out yet. I have tried calling their 1800 # 30+ times and have emailed many many times but can't get a response. the phone number goes to the voicemail of Matthew Stanley. I have complained to fair trading.

After over 2 months I haven't received my order. Countless emails have been ignored. I did get one response saying that I could have my money refunded. I have emailed them about five times so far requesting my money back but have been totally ignored.

Total scam. I've been waiting for weeks past the deadline of receiving my goods. I have tried to contact them multiple times and no response. I'm going to dispute the transaction through my bank!
The worst service ever
The worst service ever! I placed an order on 1st July. I sent multiple follow up emails and had 2 replies from Jenny in 2 months! I emailed asking for refund for 3 weeks with no reply. Package arrive 27th August and still no response.
Possible Scam
If i could leave zero or negative stars i would, made the order then told they don't have it in stock and it would be shipped from America and then, the time past what i was told it would take to reach me. I have tried to call and no answer and i sent emails no reply. I had contact my bank to get them to do a charge back. Don't wast your time buy elsewhere possible scam.

I ordered and payed on June 16 2025 , today is the 23rd of July still nothing , I only wish i had read the reviews first, bogus company! trying to contact them is a challenge also, i have had one reply stating that it's in transit .bullshit ! do not buy from here . very dissatisfied , next challenge will be trying to get a refund .. ( my actual rating is -5 )

Jenny B from Cost Plus Perfume is not direct with her answers on emails and does not know anything going on regarding orders and shipments.
They are quick to offer the refund option, yet I was worried that I would not get my refund, just like I don't get my order.
Emails are definitely dismissive and rude.
I did get my order eventually, but until my last email sent (18 July) I had been convinced that it was a scam.
Don't think I'll order again.
