Costway UK Avis 

Was uncertain of buying from this site as I have never heard of Costway. A little trouble with delivery (not their fault) customer service answered all my questions.

So pleased with Kids Ride On Electric Car.assembly was well thought out. Car looks great we will see how it goes over the coming months. Would highly recommend…

Horrible! Bought a pretty expensive gymnastics bar for my daughter, checking all safety requirements etc. Product arrived with wrong parts and incorrectly drilled holes ( very obviously wrong). Contacted costway who asked me to wait 4 days whilst they sought advice from factory to come back and suggest I re-drill holes myself. Requested full refund/ replacement and not heard from them since. Bought via Debenhams so challenging with them too.

I would highly reccomend this company and definetly buy from you again . I ordered a buffet side board which I was very happy with but 2 was ordered by misunderstanding so 1 quickly got returned and refunded back to my account .

I bought a 4 piece garden seating set back in June last year and this year had a problem with the sofa.
I emailed Costway customer service and got an extremely quick, polite and positive response. The matter was resolved within a matter of days, totally to my satisfaction! With this kind of follow up service, I would certainly buy from them again!

Fantastic company communication is 5* bought a reclyner chair which is great very easy to put together and so comfortable much that we bought a 2seater sofa same thing easy to put together we would highly recommend this company looking now to see what else we are going to order

Stainless Steel 3-Layer Oven with Thermometer Pizza Peel and Carry Bag is what I ordered unfortunately the table does not turn and catches on the side, bad design and cannot get through to customer service and no replies to my emails for a return
Update after back and forth with emails and the time of putting it together, I now have to spend more time taking back apart and repackaging it and sending it back so a lot of time wasted with no
compensation as this is no fault of mine, will not use costway again, they don't work for nothing

Do not order any goods from them. You cannot contact them via phone or email they do not answer and the email returns as not existing. I was given bad advice on an umbrella base which was not compatible with the umbrella I also purchased from them. I cannot get hold of them via phone or email.

Ordered the 3.3metre 360 degree rotating parasol a couple of weeks ago . When my package was delivered I was immediately surprised at the weight of the box, this was heavy to a point I could only drag the box along .

That weekend I decided to put my parasol together, this process was simple , but I’ll be honest , it would have been so much easier with 2 people to lift the parasol onto the base ….. when I say it was heavy wow !!

So parasol finally assembled and time to try it out . Everything operates really smoothly, the handle , the slider etc. When I tried to rotate the parasol it would not move, it was stuck solid . I reached out to customer service on the Monday and they have been really helpful, even sending me a video and suggesting I check the screws on the base as there are 2 different sizes. Schoolgirl error …. I’d used the longer screws in the top rather than bottom. Took me 10 minutes to change them around to achieve perfect operation.

I purchased this parasol to replace my old one and this is head and shoulders above in terms of quality ,the post is really thick aluminium and the ribs and material are extremely good quality.

I would not hesitate to recommend these products and company , probably some of the best quality parasols on the market currently.

Ordered a sideboard ...... quick delivery but had no fittings in the box , tried multiple emails and called customer service ,asked on voice message for them to call me numerous times but never called me never bothered replying to my rejection of £5 refund and to post fittings duration of 3 to 5 working days .... on a bank holiday weekend ...or a £20 refund but I had to source the fittings myself ... which were around 200 of different pieces with no knowledge of size or hinges door magnets or drawer slides and other things that I have no idea what they're called and defo not able to buy handles that match the colour of unit .... Left with a pile of wooden
pieces on the floor and no replies from them through Amazon or emails sent directly..... and £90 out of pocket for wooden pieces that can't be used so going to trading standings under consumer rights law .... *costway - don't bother replying to this with a lie either, u have categorically messed up and ignore emails and amazon requests for you to get this sorted

Just as I thought sone whack response to my review .... u actually ignored both myself and amazon on weds Thurs and some 1 message today with 0 information ..... u should own yr mistakes and recify..... u told me to go buy the fittings myself so yr comment is irrelevant

Very quick and prompt delivery within 2 days. Ordered a cushioned bench seat that can be used as day bed. Very pleased with the product. Had easy instructions to follow to put together, no fiddly bits. It's good and solid wooden structure with back, seat and side cushions

Website was easy to navigate, and I quickly found what I was looking for. Delivery was on time, and Customer Service were very responsive and helpful with a small (self-imposed) issue that I had. Excellent product for (garden roller) my needs. Thanks.

Ordered an inflatable water park, I did read the reviews and I was close to not seeing it through, however decided to roll the dice, within 2 days I had the inflatable, and the next day the blower. All of which has been tested and is much better quality than expected, my kids are going to go nuts. 4 star only because they didn’t tell me it was a 2 part delivery, and reading the reviews I did start to worry! But sure enough the next day I received a dhl email and it arrived as promised. Great value

Ordered the 10 Piece golf set and bag have to say couldn’t be happier, great value great delivery time and and great customer service when I small issue with product arose, can’t complain and would recommend you try! However you do get what you pay for fairly enough

I purchased a Costway square/rectangular cantilever parasol from B&Q. The delivery was excellent from there it's been downhill. The parasol itself is made using very, very thin metal, the plastic stand locking knob fouls the height adjustment and boy does it sway around to even the slightest gust of wind, you can hear the poor thing struggling - will it last the summer I very much doubt it - please don't buy one. I have been contacted by Costway protesting my review on the grounds it was purchased from B&Q. My Review is in regard of the COSTWAY PARASOL's poor quality. it should also be noted that I have also contacted B&Q

Order left at neighbours front door instead of attempting delivery at my house. 1 box delivered instead of 3 and no idea where the remainder of my order is? Courier useless in attempt to track down the rest of the order. Wish I read these reviews before ordering!

The worst experience i ever had. Last week i placed an order for the office chair and they delivered some random table, trying to call them since then and no one is answering i also left the voicemail for someone to contact me as soon possible. I also send them the email with the pictures of the wrong box. After 2 days i received an email saying they can provide me the return label to parcel myself, how can you expect a customer to carry 25kg box and parcel it when it's not even my fault to receive the wrong item, when i refused and asked to arrange the collection, after 2 days i received the email saying we can arrange the courier to collect the item and once the item will received the werehouse they can issue the refund. No one is talking about where is my chair and now they are expecting to stuck my money until they issue the refund so i can't even buy a new one until i received my money where it was not my fault anywhere in this whole situation. I am still waiting for them to answer what is happening with this whole situation and How can i even trust them that they are going to refund me where there is no one to contact, no one answer the call. I would highly recommend never buy anything from them.

Was dubious about ordering after reading previous reviews but my experience has been positive. Items delivered quickly. The quality of the garden furniture is great and the price is very reasonable. I would definitely order from Costway UK
again.
