Received items. 7 pack of wooden stepping stone logs. They turned up mouldy as heck and 3 of the larger ones are a completely different look to the others :(

Placed an order in 27th March, no dispatch email received so I contacted the company to find out when it would be received, I was told they couldn't release until April 11th due to a stock take but promised the order would be with us by 13th April.... No delivery, called on 13th promised delivery on the 16th....No delivery, If not delivered by 14th I informed company to cancel order, order arrived next day delivery. Hooray! But low and behold 7 items missing or one large parcel, daily phone calls to retrieve our missing parcel as no one could be bothered to make contact with myself even though they had taken my money. Staff were quite abrupt with a so called apology but made sure I knew how busy they were!! and how late they were working!! not really my problem. still awaiting the rest of my order on the 20th of March. I've also been told to ring again Monday out of courtesy they could have rung us. I would not recommend and will not shop with them again. Horrendous correspondence and customer service.
