Absolutely awful company. Avoid.

Absolutely awful company. Ordered a triple pushchair. Apparently delivery has been attempted twice, it hasn't, we've been in and no cards through the door. The company seem to think that I should be able to track the pushchair down by contacting local post offices and depots. No apology from them. I wish I'd looked at reviews first. Have contacted my credit card to open a claim.

I was given a delivery slot of "three…

I was given a delivery slot of "three days" from Monday to Wednesday, I was thanked for my patience when I stayed in for three days, at one point I was told it might be Thursday. Then delivery was suggested for the following week, when the company still couldn't give any idea of delivery day I cancelled and requested a refund. I was then described by the company as "privileged. " This may be a fine company for a school to deal with, not individuals. No phone number to speak to anyone.

I was looking for balance stepping

I was looking for balance stepping stones and some outdoor play equipment for our daycare. EE Supplies had a great selection and competitive prices compared to other sites I checked. Delivery was free and quite fast too. Everything was easy to assemble — very happy with the purchase.

We recently bought a batch of classroom chairs and a couple of book storage units for our school library. The ordering process was straightforward and the items were delivered without any fuss. The quality is solid for the price, and the kids love the new reading corner!

I ordered some sensory play mats

I ordered some sensory play mats and soft seating from EE Supplies for our nursery, and I’m really pleased with the whole experience. The free delivery was a nice bonus and everything arrived well-packaged and on time. Good quality products and helpful customer support — will definitely buy again!

Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company at all cost. Their after sale is poor to say the very least. We had placed an order for over £1000, and one of the items broke within 2 weeks (a LED light up rug); a set of wires had not been connected well. They accused us of misuse....not sure how you can misuse a rug in a sensory room. They refused to replace the item or refund.

Disgusting after sales customer…

Disgusting after sales customer service. Bought an outdoor item for a children's day nursery, which we actually used in an indoor large playhouse and within 6months it was covered in green mould. Companies solution was to send me cleaning instructions and thank me for my understanding!!!!

Title: Avoid at All Costs – Shocking Customer Service

I would strongly advise anyone against using Ee Supplies. My experience with this company has been nothing short of appalling. After purchasing an item for my SEND child that turned out to be completely unsuitable, I attempted to return it, only to encounter relentless barriers and shocking customer service.

First, they hiked the return fee to an unreasonable level, which already felt like a tactic to discourage returns. Then, despite providing the correct address for the collection multiple times (with clear evidence in their own email trail), they repeatedly sent the courier to the wrong address. Instead of admitting their mistake, they blamed me and ignored my follow-up emails entirely.

This has been the most stressful and frustrating experience I have ever had trying to return an item. It seems they are doing everything they can to make the return process so difficult that customers just give up. For an item that was meant for a SEND child, this has been an incredibly upsetting situation—£75 down the drain on something we cannot use, and no resolution in sight.

Their behaviour feels completely unlawful, and their lack of care or accountability is shocking. Save yourself the stress and disappointment—do not use Ee Supplies. They clearly do not value their customers or follow basic consumer rights.

we purchased a 3 seat buggy

we purchased a 3 seat buggy, the man immediately informs us we did not comply with the terms and conditions, i.e. not keeping original packaging! when we told him we have placed the faulty item in the original packaging for him to collect, he says," he will get the item repaired!" it is a buggy for 3 babies to sit in whilst they are outside, the wheel was wobbled, the handle round foam split when the staff tried to tighten them, it is not a toy! He insists that he has only once had an item returned and apparently, she broke it! We will never deal with this company again and we will be telling everyone how unhappy he has made the customer feel, blaming the customer.there is no customer service!

£17.50 for return and re-stocking fee

After politely requesting a refund for an item that is too heavy for my uses, the weight isn’t specified on the website. The company are trying to charge me £17.50 for return and a re-stocking charge. They are now not communicating with me and I haven’t received a refund.
