Bought for Aunt. She has dementia and swollen feet. These slippers appear comfortable and fit well.

This company sends unwanted mail through the post to a family member even though i removed their details from my account months ago. I am trying to close my account but have been sitting on the chat box for half an hour (Queue position: 1), like i havent got better things to be doing.

First class service and delivery. The company answers questions efficiently and knowledgeably.

Excellent customer service.i bought a pair of shoes and a pair of trainers from this company. The shoes were comfortable, but the trainers gave me blisters first time of wearing them. I contacted customer services and they immediately sent me a free returns label and refunded the money paid for the trainers within a few days.

I had a problem with slippers that I had been wearing quite some time, and i called the company to reorder, not complain. However, when the lady at Cosyfeet heard what had happened, she immediately said there would be no charge for the replacement. Absolutely top class customer service. Thank you, Cosyfeet!

The product seems to be preventing the return of my corn and also the build-up of skin beneath my middle toe. I want to make people aware of this benefit.

Lovely quality shoes; width makes them extremely comfortable & they look good too. They are heavier than I had expected but this doesn't affect the level of comfort or wearability. First pair of shoes in a long time I am pain free post walk.

They refusing too issue full refund and just offering partial refund 1.98 not 11.98 that was paid. . Saying refund them to wrong address .. disgusting the way this company dealt with my complain

Happy with shoes and slippers that I bought

The shoes were certainly wide enough for my feet, which I was happy about. However they are not very well-made, and hurt my feet in other places like the toe area, where the sole was too thin. So I had to return them. And forget what they say about easy returns! You'll be dealing with DHL, not FedEx or UPS, and they are painfully difficult to sort out. I spent over 4 days-worth of hours trying to meet their requirements and apparently failing, as they never showed. I complained to Cosyfeet - more trouble ensued. Hopefully it's now straightened out and the package will be picked up tomorrow. Hopefully.
