DB Wider Fit Shoes Avis 

Travelled from Bristol to the fitting centre in Rushden. Was well worth the visit for both my son and myself. My son has a wide foot and finds it difficult to find a comfortable shoe. Due to the wide selection at the fitting centre and the expertise of the staff, he was able to find a pair of comfortable wide fitting shoes. Similarly, due to wearing prescription orthotics I have always found it difficult to get a good fitting shoe. We were both satisfied with the service and competitive pricing. Would highly recommend DB Shoes and will use them for our future purchases.

Having felt miserable about buying shoes for a few years now, I made the journey to Rushden to DB’s fitting centre…what a treat! 🤩
I found a wide range of styles and sizes to choose from and, as if that wasn’t enough, they had the kindest and most considerate ladies to help and advise…I am only cross with myself because I can’t remember their names so I could give them a mention.
It was a brilliant experience, I bought a pair of boots, some trainers and court shoes and will actually look forward to going again. Thank you

My wife has troublesome feet, which often means unsatisfactory visits to shoe shops.

However a visit to DB Shoes this week, and within half an hour, we walked out with three pairs of shoes.

Yes you have to make an appointment, but it does mean that you get undivided attention from the two very helpful female assistants who were both professional, yet very friendly, so both my wife and I recommend this place highly.

I was looking for a u.k. based footwear company and D.B fitted the bill. Having a foot problem I realised I needed a deeper toe and wider fit shoes, I measured my feet and ordered Benjamin shoes on line, they have arrived promptly and absolutely fit perfectly, I shall in future be ordering any other new shoes from DB.

The service I received from Sue @ DB Wider Fit, Rushden, was excellent, and I can recommend anyone struggling to find shoes to wear with an orthotic brace to make this company their first port of call. Sue was very patient, polite and professional, and I was extremely pleased with my purchase of suitable shoes.

Good shoes and good communication. My only criticism is the way they handled the poor delivery service from Royal Mail. The shoes were delayed by two weeks. I ended up having to liaise with Royal Mail and collect them from the delivery office. I understand that under consumer law, the seller is supposed to resolve delivery issues not the purchaser. Was a real hassle.

I found this excellent company after searching online for shoes that would fit my swollen foot after a hip operation.  Their free returns policy until you get the exact fit set them apart from other online companies. Their after sales Services is first class. I had an issue with the colour fastness of a loafer shoe which was resolved to my satisfaction within the week.

Had an appointment today and the service from the staff was excellent, very helpful ,informative and friendly. Came away with 2 pairs . Would highly recommend 👌

I have bben a customer for years all shoes are great, i recently purchased Tudbury ballet flats i give them a 3/10 there eating away at my ankles blister upon blister. The other shoes i have purchased have bern 100%. I will carry on purchasing at DB Widerfit, great customer service, just those pair of shoes. Well done guys.

Raya bumper Pumps - finally, a pair of zipped trainers I can do up myself. I can only wear the previous zip up trainers I bought from you with the zips on the outside when someone is here to do the left one up as I couldn't reach it as I can't use my left hand.Thank you, thank you, thank you! Fab service every visit. Found this company through a Google search after 3 years of struggling to find shoes that fitted. I made an appointment to have my feet measured which is a fabulous service to offer. The staff, Sue and Jackie couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they were extremely patient, professional and friendly, offering advice and knowledge of their products. I would highly recommend DB Wider Fit Shoes.

Rarely do I find shoe shopping a pleasure these days with worsening arthritis and mobility issues, but having seen a catalogue of DB Shoes in my Podiatrist’s waiting room, I decided to make an appointment. I was warmly greeted by Sue and Jackie who carefully measured my feet and for the next hour Sue brought me shoes in various styles and sizes to try, giving excellent help and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. The concept of removable insoles to adjust the fit for each individual shoe is a game changer. I was very impressed with the vast selection of footwear of every category and the fact they have their own huge warehouse means they have the different sizes and colours available. I left the shop with a lovely pair of leather trainers and a pair of canvas house shoes and I will definitely return for every future footwear purchase. Thanks so much for such an enjoyable experience.

This is the second time I have purchased footwear from DB shoes. The footwear is well made, packaged well and delivery is quick. The sizing of the footwear is crucial to me as I have rheumatoid arthritis and DB shoes are accurate, unlike most shoe companies these days. Finally, the staff are brilliant. Thank you DB shoes!
