Fantastic product and excellent customer service.

Beautiful product, personal service - can’t wait to get going with my bespoke camera straps to match the bag!

Top class, will definitely recommend for all kinds of gifts.

Impressive gifts for a 40th birthday. The recipient was also very pleased. Would recommend

Excellent service, apron for my husband is perfect and the option to personalise was very appreciated, he loves his birthday present, highly recommend.

Great speedy service. Fantastic product.

The package arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The product is of very good quality and your receiver liked it very much.

Amazing - less than 24 hours from ordering to delivery and one very happy son. The box was absolutely trashed but product inside was fine. Exactly what he was looking for. Thank you.

Good product, no problem, sent straight out.

Can’t fault the whole order process. Great website, very simple to use and excellent communication during the sales process from beginning to end.
Most importantly, very happy with the product. My only negative comment, and this could be considered a personal preference is that the leather on the Oaksey Backpack is too new, too perfect. My preference would be for the leather to be “distressed”. That said, very satisfied.

Perfect service and amazing products thank you!!

Great quality product, well worth money spent. Highly recommended

Fantastic range of products, beautifully made and delivered in great packaging ,which would enhance it,if given as a gift and delivered really speedily

Service, delivery and updates were all professionally executed. Will certainly order from you again.

Received my bag a few days ago and it's lovely. Really great service from Cotswold Hipster, including personal email about the arrival of the bag. Very carefully packaged. The bag itself is exactly as described and I would say well worth the cost. Well made and looks good, too. Although I bought this as a camera bag it's so good I will likely use it as my main day bag as well. It's got loads of space and compartments. Overall, given that I googled camera bags and this came up randomly (and as such I took a bit of a risk) this was an excellent purchase.

I ordered the rucksack with camera compartments and it arrived a day later. I am delighted with the quality of the fabric, leather and metal components used. Time was spent looking for a rucksack that had some flexibility in storage and this rucksack delivers. No more pulling everything out to get to the bottom of the bag as there is access from the front and side but if one larger space is required, all the compartments can be removed, very easily. I also like all the zipped pockets which allow contents to be seen at a glance. Another bonus is that I suspect man made fabrics have only been used where necessary in the interior of the rucksack. Some of the compartments can be locked for security if you have a small padlock. It looks good too.

Fantastic product delivered at lightning quick speed. Will definitely use again. What a great find - thank you Cotswold Hipster!

Excellent service and customer care. A real personal touch with emails and packaging. My partner was really happy with his new camera bag. Great quality product.

Great service, great packaging and a beautifully made bag-what more could you want? A great gift and the recipient loves it.

Purchased the Churchill Waxed Canvas and Leather Backpack in grey. Very pleased with it indeed. High quality workmanship and materials. Extremely well made and robust. Will probably outlast me. Quick delivery and top notch customer service. Highly recommended.
