My debit card was being continually charged for one public records request. I received a very quick email reply from this website with a phone number to call and cancel. When I called, the account was immediately cancelled.

Take a screenshot when you cancel or they’ll continue to charge you.
I only needed one report so I cancelled directly after I received the report; in the same sitting. A few months later I noticed I was still getting billed so I contacted the company. They said they would refund if I had a screenshot showing that I cancelled. Never thought about it before, but will now. Regardless, they verified to me that they could see I hadn’t logged in since and still refused to refund me. So $140 for one report. Thanks CourtRecords.us!
*Ok guys, they refunded $19.95 out of $120; Hoorah! There are still a bunch of other companies out there that I would try before going back.
