I had an issue with my account and extra charges incorrectly sent to me in a bill, I ranged them on the phone and managed to get things sorted. The support team showed respect, understanding and cooperation which I quite appreciated

Jelly was such a pleasure to deal with. I called last week and unfortunately the consultant I spoke to didn’t record my details correctly and nor did they send me the promised follow up email. Due to this I decided to called again today to see if all details had been entered and set up correctly. From the start of the call Jelly was polite and efficient and corrected the other consultants errors and was such a pleasure to deal with. I felt after that phone call that I was in good hands and all my concerns were alleviated! Jelly even gave me her email address so that I can follow up with her one more item before we move house. The customer service rep to whom I chatted in person on the phone was very helpful to me. She told me that an increased discount - from 18% to 25 % - was available to me and, at my request, she said this new discount will apply from my next bill onwards.
