Bethany was AMAZING! Talked to me like a normal human being. Was polite and courteous. Looked for the best deal and was able to get our monthly coverage for the same thing to be lower by over $100. 10/10

After closing the rate, they increased by 35%

Be very careful. They provide quotes that are competitive and are very polite and responsive. But after closing an auto insurance based on a price for 6m after 45 days they increased it by 35%, claiming that they made a mistake and to honor the rate we signed the contract I had to also purchase home insurance with them. Very unreliable and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

To explain, Coverage doesn’t set or change rates after a policy is issued. Pricing decisions come directly from the carrier following their underwriting review. In some cases, the carrier's quoted rate is contingent on adding a second policy to receive a bundle discount. The carrier will honor that discounted rate for a time, but if that second policy isn’t added, the discount can be removed by the carrier and they will adjust the rate. After speaking with your carrier, that was the case here.

This is not the experience we want you to have with Coverage. We take this feedback seriously and will share it directly with both our carrier partners and our product team to improve transparency and expectations around pricing.
