Cowell's Garden Centre Avis 

Just had a delivery from Cowells, the Co had been out of stock for a particular plant, i added my email to be informed. got an email the other day that the plants were back in stock, ordered them and a couple more.
arrived quickly and really well protected. the plants are in great condition with plenty of flower buds.
Nice note off one of the staff.
Pleasant Co to deal with and fair prices for healthy plants.

What a pleasant experience!!! I order online the plants arrive in perfect condition... the staff are amazing 👏 after having bad experiences with other online garden centres... I must say this is the best and I will certainly be back !! Thankyou to your employee who gave great advise and very polite.

Just received my first order of two beautiful lupins. They arrived quickly and are good sized, healthy looking plants at a decent price. I would definitely recommend Cowell’s Garden Centre and I am sure that I will make more purchases in the future.

Terrible experience took grandson to choose himself a swamp to look after and let him look and choose only to be tracked down in store by a member of staff whom verbally attacked us saying we had swapped sale items for non sale items swapped packaging around . This was totally disgusting to be accused not only did it upset me it upset my grandson . This totally spoilt his experience of selecting his own plant and if it wasn’t for the fact he would have been upset not to get the one he chose I would have left without purchasing a thing . I complained to the store and they said she accused us because they had had trouble in the store prior and staff were on edge about things like this . Well no excuse is valid for her unfounded abuse her attitude was disgusting not an example of customer service anyone should encounter. She totally ruined the whole experience for grandson and us be aware if you choose to visit the store you could be treat like this .I wouldn’t even give this one star it was well below but the option of no stars isn’t an option . Support local business and this is the customer service we got absolutely disgusting .

I was a little apprehensive to order from yet another online plant supplier but I needn't have worried, I ordered 5 x Lavender Intermedia Grosso. I was informed every step of the way to the delivery date.....they were beautiful specimens!
I will definitely buy from them again.

Just returned home with an excellent cherry tree which we are about to plant. I would like to say a very big thank you to Matthew for getting the tree into our car and his useful advice on planting.

I ordered 16 bags of slate online at a delivery cost of £17.50, we received an e mail confirming the order but no notification of delivery. On returning from a grocery shopping trip, we were stunned to find that the slate (16 bags) had been dumped on our next door neighbours front doorstep, still no notification of delivery. As we are retired it proved difficult to lift 17 bags of slate, our neighbours kindly helped. I have complained both by phone and letter, still awaiting a reply..... Such terrible customer service is not what I not what I expect from Cowells.

I bought 12 small ornamental grasses which
I ordered on Monday and received on Tuesday. They are all in excellent condition and were extremely well packed for the delivery. Each was separately wrapped and securely packed in the box. This was extremely good customer service. I have no doubts about recommending them and I shall definitely be buying more plants from them in the future.

Like many others ordered two plants in separate orders each arrived the day after ordering. Both plants in first class condition and postage charges reasonable when compared to other online sites.

Excellent all round. I seldom write reviews but was so pleased with the service and quality of my plants from Cowells that I felt I should. I ordered Sunday, plants arrived Tuesday with frequent delivery updates. Very well packed and the plants were perfect. I bought a sarcococca winter gem in my order and the perfume filled the room as I opened the box. I will be using this company again. Thank you.

I have just received the best wrapped and protected live plant parcel ever. Absolutely no damage or lost compost. Excellent service. Thank you Cowell’s.

Today we bought a xmas tree to be told it was the last tree {displayed) no discount!!!! We took it home to put it up and found no stand.... waited 30 mins in the cold for it to be thrown in the box and branches have dismantled from the trunk of tree ........ in all honestly do not waste your time or money purchasing from them... happy xmas xx

As all other reviewers I found this company and their products and service etc. absolutely fabulous, recommend them as one of the best. Purchased some sempervivum, a little on the expensive side but good plants. Would use again.

Simply excellent - quality plants delivered quickly with no issues whatsoever. In a different league to most other plant selling companies

While looking at another gardening company review somebody mentioned how good this one is. During lockdown I have spent a small fortune on plants only to be disappointed with the majority. I ordered three plants from here last Saturday and today..Monday..three really excellent specimens received. I did receive a phone call as the sizes I had chosen weren’t good plants so would I mind if they sent different size pots. What service. What quality. Hopefully I have found my go to plant provider. Thank you.

Ordered jewel orchids from here and was thrilled with the experience. They arrived in top condition and were well packaged, with 24 hour delivery to avoid prolonged exposure in the mail system.

I came across Cowells GC on search engine recently and have bought many Anthurium plants. The customer service is excellent, packaging is very secure and goods delivered on time. All the plants I received are of high quality and pest free and I was able to order specific plants from Netherlands thanks to Sam and his dedicated team. Highly recommended company for all gardening needs.
