I wanted a spare original Asus laptop power supply. Hard to find an original. Coywood Computers had them in stock and it was sent out the next working day.

Ordered an Asus Vivo ac adapter, after my original failed. Arrived within a few days, as expected. Original parts, solved my issue.
Based on this one experience would order again from them...

Returning to the UK and realising I had left the power cable for laptop behind, I urgently needed a replacement. Found one at Coywood Computers, ordered and received the next day at 8am! Excellent service

Got a HP stuck in repair hell, so bust open an ASUS I’d got 3 years prior. Nee charger. Ordered the charger from Coy after finding em on Amazon. Came in pretty canny time. Battery wouldn’t charge, so dropped by the store tee confirm if it was the battery or the charger. T’was the battery, not their charger. Fast forward to 1/4/26 when I chased em, they couldn’t find a battery outside of 200-300 quid, so that’s a knacker. Nee charge on battery, but nee charge on cost either, as nee replacement meant nee disassembly of the device, so I’d say closer to 75% on the rating. Still a pretty sound buncha lads al in al. Yis keep up the good work, aye, Coy?

My dog had chewed through my charging adapter for my laptop whilst I was in a different room! I needed a replacement urgently. Whilst I saw others that were cheaper, there was no guarantee that it would be compatible or safe. I found an original replacement charger at Coywood, and ordered it. After having spent almost two hours trying to find the correct power cable for my laptop and not impressed with what I was being offered with even the official dell website being useless I sent an email to coywood. Within a couple of hours they had got back to me and sent the link to the CORRECT cable.

I’ve been looking for two weeks to find a charger for my old Toshiba satellite laptop I contacted Coywood Computers and spoke to the customer service representative and asked if they had the charger for the laptop they did. I’m Absolutely delighted, from start to finish they were very polite and extremely helpful. Great customer service, helpful and the delivery was very quick.

They supplied a genuine Asus-original power supply for my Asus router. They answered my questions over the phone before I ordered, shipped the item promptly and it works!

After many weeks of trying to find a suitable charger for my rare ASUS laptop I tried a few online alternatives but really wish that I approached James first. Excellent firm, I needed a power supply for my old Asus laptop , it was really easy to find the part on the site and really quick delivery available via dpd would definitely use again.

Fried the charger for my laptop, was able to get a brand name replacement overnight to me in Scotland. I misread one of their emails, called them, they were really helpful in explaining everything.

Placed an order for Acer laptop charger, paid extra for next day delivery.
I receive an email to say order upgraded to next day delivery so I think strange I paid for that service.
I reply to the email saying " I paid £5.50 for next day delivery "
My order was showing processing and I had been issued with the tracking number for the shipping.
But then they send me an email saying order cancelled, claiming it is out of stock but is stil for sale on there site.
They actually cancelled my order for replying back to there email mistake.
Total time wasters.

Yes I do write 1 star reviews but for those that deserve it they get a nice 5 star review but you failed to say that part.
And for a company to troll my account how shameful of you.

This is the second time I've had to buy a charger for my Asus gaming laptop. It's been 1 year & 3 months since the first charger I bought from Coywood. I feel duped by all good reviews I read about Coywood. It's looking like I might have to keep buying these chargers, and they're not cheap. Asus is mainly to blame though, for their poor owrkmanship and quality control issues.

The chap I spoke to went absolutely above and beyond to get a new laptop charger out to me the next day after I made a mistake with the online ordering.

The updates were done and confirmed by email within few minutes of requesting the change.

Excellent, company, genuine charger for my ASUS Laptop. Had used other companies previously, advertising it was the correct/compatible charger, which it wasn't, but was really pleased when I found Coywood Computers who do provide the correct items that work. They are also very reasonably priced, with both the item and their postage. Really quick despatch, within 1 day of ordering, and Royal Mail tracked Highly recommend this company.
