Useless. Is this company still operating ?

I called multiple times and the phone line just disconnects.

Avoid at all cost. This website should be shut down

Very poor customer service

This company cancelled my order without any explanation. There was no response to my numerous emails requesting an explanation. Very poor customer service.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I placed an order on November 17 and have contacted them multiple times for an update. When I call, it automatically hangs up on me. The email provided does not respond. They are a scam. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Appalling after sales service

I bought their Airmini Bundle and it came with no nasal mask, and despite 7 emails they have yet to resolve the issue. Too bad I needed it for an overseas trip which I couldn't use it for given the missing part. They replied to one email asking for me to 'elaborate' on the issue, however seem unable to understand the basic premise that the nose piece was not included with the package.

Item Never Delivered – No Response from Customer Service

I placed an order with CPAP Specialists Australia on 16 July 2025 (Invoice #CPAP4937) for a ResMed power supply and filter pack, totalling AUD $62.95. Despite receiving an invoice and payment confirmation, the item was never delivered.

I attempted to contact them multiple times via phone (1300 896 872) and sales email—no response at all. After waiting without any update, I had to re-purchase the item from a different provider to avoid further delays impacting my clinical needs.

As a doctor, I rely on efficient and trustworthy suppliers. This experience was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company unless you want to risk losing both time and money.

Top tier customer service

What an amazing experience. I ordered the wrong machine and only realised when I had setup my machine. I was fully expecting to be told to bad to sad. Sam was my contact and without any trouble he organised getting me the unit I needed and making the whole process probably the easiest customer service issue I’ve ever dealt with in my life. A company creates its value on how they solve issues not them taking your money ey and these guys are top tier in that regard

Excellent service

I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews after I placed an order for 2 Resmed AirMini's for myself and husband, but I must say, I had excellent customer service. Ashleigh whom I was corresponding with, went above and beyond to help me with a problem.
At the time I ordered these, it was Black Friday sales and these guys had the best price.
One negative, only one order with my husbands name on received a Tim Tam, mine did not!!
Great service guys, highly recommend.

Look closely at offers & done jump to conclusions

My bad, having a bad day. Sorry guys
Just getting sick & tired of people being misled, overcharged, hidden costs, fees charged for using debit cards, fees charged for not being on direct debit etc etc. adds up to quite a bit over a year.

With no disrespect to you guys though, $20 off for over$1200 is laughable anyway

We are disappointment to see this review and can see you still chose to place an order.
Our site clearly states we offer $20 off your first order over $1200. We can also see you sent a message to our online customer service team stated"You guys are going to get smashed on reviews".
We are a small family owned business who sells items 40-60% off RRP which means our profit margins do not allow us to offer further discounts on smaller items such as the mask you ordered. Our emails are always open to provide feedback, however we feel there is nothing we could have done to appease you based on your behavior. The team wish you the best and would like to take the opportunity to send our love and understanding.

I ordered a CPAP mask

I ordered a CPAP mask, it came with a free tim tam. I got the free tim tam and nothing else. The service was terrible, they said their stock was correct. They fail to respond to emails, I logged it with Pay Pal, they asked me to close the account as we could sort it between outselves. I did not Pay Pal have now closed the account and refunded my money. Be very careful when ordering from this company. I have now ordered elsewhere and mask has arrived, no dramas. It has taken a month to get this resolved, including lodging a claim at the post office. which they promptly closed and referred it back to the companys end.

What I ordered was not what I received..have left messages via the phone, email and on messenger and have not had a reply... poor, poor, poor... avoid them

I am sorry to see this review. I can see an issue did occur where you were sent an older style of the cushion. However you were refunded in full and kept the items. It is disappointing to see this still resulted in a bad review, however we understand our mistakes have consequences. Unfortunately we were not notified by Philips that this cushion had been updated so we had no idea until you made us aware. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to rectify this issue!
