FijiKava® Avis 

I ordered 3kg and the products had only 1-2 month left before expiry date. Then the customer service team took days to get back to me, and wanted me to pay the return postage. They gave me an address that doesn’t seem to exist to post it back. There is no phone number to call. I’m pretty much done with this company. They preach their product brings ‘relaxation’ but this experience has caused me so much anxiety.

It took along time to get to me and the price is phenomenal but I wouldn’t mind if it was good. I had absolutely no effects from it, I slept better but I didn’t get the numbness of mind relaxation. I regret not getting my usual kava from NZ supplier for Kava Society

I tried FijiKava noble kava 3 days ago I had no known sideffects.To the lovely person who said it smell and is coffee colour.Yes all good quality tonic or elixir are very punched in taste put juice to disguise.Brnefits are all positive I suffer with depression anxiety PTSD and chronic pain this stuff. Is amazing this is what dr should prescribe not antidepressant .And if it's a substitute for achoal and a stimulant but not like caffeine but peaceful so stop complaining if you don't like it don't complain don't have it .Keep smiling 😁😊

I’ve been using Fiji Kava for years (both via online orders and off the shelf at Coles) and LOVE it! I recently made an online order and they accidentally sent the wrong size. I contacted them, but got no reply initially, so I emailed again after a few days (I knew they’d just updated their website and were in an area affected by recent flooding, so I was patient, especially seeing I’ve ordered online dozens of times and never had any previous issues). Bryan replied to me and was extremely apologetic, confirmed there was a bit of chaos due to the website and weather, and went above and beyond to sort out my issue. So a huge thank you to Bryan and the team for being wonderful, as usual. You guys rock 🤗.

I drank a 50 grm packet mixed with 1 ltr of coconut water in about 10 minutes and it had no effect whatsoever.

Wouldn't buy this product especially if Kavi is actively there , not only did he inform me about workers busting their nuts and drying their semen to combine into the product but also informing me about the fetish for child trafficking and pornography that happens within staff 5ll

I've had Kava quite a bit over the last year or so. I find it does work well when I take two cups, each one with 2 desert spoons worth of kava, and on an empty stomach. It certainly does have a calming and euphoric effect, you just need to take enough of it. Plus it takes your body a few tries before it learns how to utilize it, much like an adaptogenic herb.

EDIT: I thought I had been ripped off when no shipment arrived and I had no order confirmation. They got back to me, pointing out that I had entered a slight typo in my email address when placing the order. They confirmed the tracking link, and my product is waiting at a local post office (as it had done in the past). So no dramas with company.

Overall a good product. Tastes awful, but chase it down with something nice, and you're likely set for some chill times :).

Placed a express order 1-3 days and 16 days later still nothing. Have contacted the company 7 days ago, still no response. Do not give this company your money.

We have tried Fiji Kava 3 times now.
Each time we added more and more.
It did absolutely nothing!
I messaged them, but no reply!
I rang them, left message, no reply!
There is no guidance on the packet.
I'm sure kava works, but not this particular brand.. (FijiKava)
Supermarkets sell it in Australia.
Shonky brand reaping profit before they are caught out with this crap.
Don't fall for all the ads on Facebook and everywhere else for FijiKava.
Don't be foolish like I did, and search around for strong and reputable Kava.

I take Fiji Kava first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and it is surprisingly calming. It comes on almost instantaneously and lasts a good 2 hours with me. I also have it at night before bed and I sleep well and don't feel washed out in the morning. Great product that works well.

If you buy this product, you have thrown your money in the trash, it will only numb your tongue a little, it will not help you sleep at all and it will not make any difference, I think that this product is not pure at all and is processed and combined with Other things

I have purchased it a few times now and I have worked out how to consume it. Initially on an empty stomach, and the buzz is almost instant. I then 'top up' as desired. Where alcohol gives me a similar feeling, after a while I lose time. That doesn't happen with Kava. I genuinely like the taste and mix mine with sparkling water with added lemon.

I was hoping to find a product that would allow me to wean off medication or alcohol to relax at night. I tried multiple doeses, sipping over an hour(s) at night. Mixed with tepid water. It didn't work. Made my tongue fuzzy but no other affects. Didn't help with sleep. Didn't help me feel calmer. I won't recommend it to others. It doesn't work.

Worst customer service actually no customer service! You will have to wait months for your ridiculously priced dirt that is free!! no one actually owns it like a avocado farm or something!! If you're lucky enough and eventually it does turn up it doesn't do anything

Product arrived and not later than expected since I am over the ditch in NZ. Not sure how so many people are saying it works. Does nothing for me except numb my tongue and make me feel nauseous. Comparing to the effect to alcohol is such a false claim.

Purchased over a week ago. Still not sent. I chased them for an update and was told there was a packaging issue but that it would 100% be sent before Friday 23rd and I would receive tracking. Still not sent, no tracking and they haven't answered my follow up email or call. At this stage I just want a refund. I shouldn't have to chase my order.

The taste is absolutely horrible and the effects are slight if anything at all. I won’t be buying it again.

I ordered for pick up but unfortunately the office isn't manned consistently. I emailed about this and had the lovely Bryan sort out a solution for me. Great customer service and product seems to be good. Will order again.

Bought 1 bag but somehow once I had paid for purchase found I had suddenly bought 2 which would have been ok if it wasn’t so crap ! Tried it 4 seperate times with 4 different quantities and could not sleep at all each time , did absolutely nothing but make me feel tired and lethargic the next day , horrible product and a waste of money

Bought the product online for what I thought was going to be $29 for one 150g bag, unbeknown to me I was charged $39, and then charged $29 two hours later as an "order update" for an additional identical product.
I contacted customer service and was told that I had clicked a link that enabled the order to be updated and I was only eligible for a refund for the least expensive item.
I don't believe this happened and I was a victim of calculated marketing which is a shame as I was really looking forward to trying it.

Note: I am not saying dont buy this product, however I am saying be careful how you buy it.
