Bought their Hike Boots in 2023, the whole experience of picking the leather in person, talking to all the craftsmen who made the boots feel like a good purchase. I wholeheartedly recommended them to everyone who asked about the boots.
Recently on 21/02/26 I gave them for resoling (which was heavily advertised when I bought them). Having dropped the shoes off, I received no confirmation email/sms/whatsapp acknowledging the drop-off or which sole is to be put. After chasing them on Instagram and Call i received them back on 16/03/26. After the long wait and zero follow up, the sole they had put was the wrong one. And I had to repeat the whole experience again. It's now 09/04/26 and I still haven't received a single update from them.

AVOID CRAFT AND GLORY, save your money, time and mental headspace.

PS regarding the shoes themselves;
The only thing that holds up is the leather, the brass eyelets fall off (have to be repaired constantly) and the stitching frays. Hardly the experience you expect when you pay such premium prices for these shoes.

UPDATE :
I have finally received my shoes on 18/04/26 (two months later) after making me wait and installing the wrong sole, they told me it's not possible to put the sole I'd asked for on 21/02/26. Complete waste of time. And looking at the way they've just rushed it, the shoes look like garbage hardly the "high quality" product. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Do not buy from this company!!!

I ordered a pair of boots for my husband at the end of Nov 25. The boots arrived at the end of Jan 26. I contacted the company numerous times in the two months to get updates on the delivery and only ever received what I can presume were auto responses telling me they would look into it but never following through to provide an update.

Before they arrived I received numerous emails and messages from DHL advising a customs charge of £87 was required before they could deliver the item. This conflicted with the information on the website which said all costs were in included for customs and delivery!

When we opened the item the boots seemed to be as expected except the size was 9.5 UK when I ordered a 10.5. When looking into it, it turns out that their website was set up in US sizes despite setting as UK for the country. When I contacted this company to let them know the wrong size had been received and that I’d been charged a customs charge I received no support at all. Auto responses from the company just said they sent the right size. When asked about refunding the customs charge and exchanging the item for the right size they stopped responding to me.

We’re now left with a pair of boots that cost c£400 and can not be used.

Sounds like a shady company. They seem to have spent all their money on ads and videos, but zero on customer service. The sole contact number doesn't work, neither calls nor whatsapp. An overseas order for USD 450 has just disappeared. Would advise staying away from them.

Pathetic customer service, they says 30 days and took 60 days to deliver a jacket and pants. Very unresponsive customer service including the escalation, they will not respond gor days. These guys have created a group for customers but the moment you talk about their Pathetic customer service they tske you off. The moment you ask for sntvsakes you will have immediate response including their owner eho would jump in to make the sale. One paid you can't cancel, if you have applies any discount no return only exchange, all their policies to work for them and against customers

Almost 2 months since order placed. Order not dispatched. Not providing refund as well. Definitely a scam.

Customer response is very bad my order has been delayed over a month. I think it's a scam.

You may or may not get your product, but you definitely won’t get your money back.

Extremely disappointing order despatch and delivery service. After waiting for 16+ days post order placement, had to contact customer service to get an update on order status (there is no online order tracking available). The CS rep gave initial estimate for despatch (they do not give any assured order despatch or delivery date) was given as the next week. After a couple of days got a message saying the order was getting delayed due to their sales period (my order was placed well before the sales period started). Again contacted CS, and was given the same spiel that sales volume is high now, and it will take more time upto a couple of weeks. The rep lied saying that website published policy for non-sale order despatch was 20 working days --it is not, it is now mentioned as 18 working days. Very unhelpful service, and not even sure whether I will receive my order. A scaling fraud in the making.

The worst service that i have got from online purchase from craft and glory . They make a fool of you just sell products and then no customer support .the dont even has exchange policy the shoe quality pathetic.

It's been more than a month and the order has yet not been delivered. On top of everything, it is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone from the brand. I have nothing but choice words for the brand, its owners & its process.

The worst experience ever in online buying. If more companies like these crop up people would loose their trust on buying online. No communication whatsoever on exchange / delivery. Had to follow up with them many, many times. Company is least bothered to have you as a customer.

A company based in India with limited online review presence in the UK I was a little apprehensive but very glad I made a purchase from this company.

I purchased a pair of boots that when they arrived I could tell were made of top quality leather from the smell as well as the look and made with precision and care as described on their website.

You receive a WhatsApp message after an email confirmation which makes it easier to communicate should you wish to.

Item took around 3 weeks to arrive. There is obviously a wait for arrival of your purchase as they make them by hand (all explained on their website) and have to ship them but I would say the wait is well worth it if you appreciate the more crafted and refined item and I am very happy with my purchase I will certainly buy from them again.

Please note you will have to factor in import tax which for me was roughly an extra £60 on top of the overall purchase of the boots.
