We’re sorry you were disappointed — but your review contains a serious factual error that needs correcting.

Your order total was £101.26, and only £29.13 was refunded — not “80%” as claimed. The refunded items were mostly lower-value cards that occasionally sell on eBay, and we had neglected to adjust their stock levels due to how infrequently they're ordered in bulk.

As the sole director and only employee, I work hard to process and pack every order myself. While we aim for 100% accuracy, niche single-card inventory can sometimes fall out of sync — especially when someone orders large multiples we don’t expect to move all at once.

You were refunded promptly for anything unavailable, and the rest of your order was fulfilled without issue. We don’t offer store credit or gifts in cases where a partial refund is all that’s warranted.

All we ask is for feedback to be fair — and factually accurate.

They ignore own T&C. AVOID!! If you care about your money

Rude support. Unhelpful. As you can see below also making up T&C that aren’t stated on their website, which is a legal requirement. If I knew this I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place.
Does not comply with own T&C on website and then says that they haven’t updated their website when I challenged about it being on the website

This review relates to a return request for sealed Pokémon booster boxes delivered via tracked, signed-for service. The customer missed the delivery attempt and was left a red card by Royal Mail. As a result, the parcel was not collected in time for their intended birthday — something entirely outside our control.

We were then contacted with a demand for a full refund under what the customer described as their “14-day distance selling rights.” However, the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) were repealed in 2014. They were replaced by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which make clear that returns are not an automatic right for sealed goods where tampering could affect authenticity or resale value — as is the case with sealed trading cards.

We apply this policy consistently to protect all our customers from the risk of counterfeit product returns.

This particular request also raised immediate concerns: the customer’s name did not match the name in their email identity, and we were subsequently threatened with a chargeback while they also made it clear they would be keeping the goods. The customer then requested that we travel over 270 miles to inspect the goods in person to reconsider our position — an unreasonable demand by any standard.

The customer also referenced the absence of this policy in our terms and conditions. While it's true our site is undergoing updates following a recent system upgrade — and we are currently reviewing for discrepancies — there is no legal requirement for a retailer to list every consumer regulation in their website terms. This specific case, involving sealed trading cards and potential counterfeit risk, is an edge scenario that most general T&Cs wouldn’t individually itemise.

We operate in full compliance with UK law and maintain fair policies that safeguard genuine customers while protecting our business from potential abuse.

I ordered some Pokémon cards and a few items turned out to be out of stock. The company handled the situation incredibly professionally—reaching out promptly and offering to swap the unavailable cards for others I wanted. The communication was clear and courteous, and the replacement process was quick and hassle-free. I’m really impressed with their customer service and how smoothly everything was resolved. Highly recommend and will definitely order again!

1st time (pre-order) here, and the last time for sure!

Update: I am now a "banned account" with CrazyGamer - for leaving this review I guess.
I made a pre-order of couple of cases of Pokemon booster boxes and, 3 ETB's in total, and checked a few days later that they were okay with the amount ordered. Swift reply saying yes.
Kept my £2k pre-order monies for more than 7 weeks before sending an e-mail "telling me off" for ordering too much and that was the reason they wouldn't fulfil ANY PART OF my order.
Monies are now returned after a 6 to 7 week interest-free loan to them.
If they set a limit amount you can buy? No problem.
If don't set a limit but notified me had ordered too much, when I very quickly checked if they were okay with order amount - No Problem.
If they accepted order, without taking funds, and then cancelled it once they received their much lower allocation of product - again, no problems!
Accepting my order, taking the monies, confirmed still accepting my order a few days later when I asked them if it was okay, keeping my money for 6 to 7 weeks, finding out their allocations and then telling me off for ordering too much before I finally get my money back (10 days after this!)? Just all around garbage customer service.
Fully understand the wish to put the boxes in the hands of collectors but they could have done this in many different ways without holding my monies for so long.

I am sorry you are upset that you will not be receiving 12 booster boxes and 3 elite trainer boxes. We was told our expected allocation figure and sold just 50% of the expected allocation figure. When you first phoned inquiring about this order you will recall I stated I was glad you rang us because that saved us having to reach out to you and advise you that your order was ridiculously large in comparison to a regular player/collectors order. I advised you that I would be cancelling the order should allocations force our hand, you accepted that as fair. Fast forward a few weeks and we get informed we are receiving just 18 booster boxes. There is no way to please everyone when there isnt enough stock to provide to everyone who has ordered. By cancelling your order we was able to ensure the items made it into customers hands at retail price. I can only assume you purchased these for resale. I requested that you "kindly refrain from purchasing case quantities in the future as we are a retailer not wholesaler and would prefer to have 12 customers than 1"
After leaving us this review we took the decision that you should not be allowed to purchase from ourselves again. We try our hardest to provide a great service here at CrazyGamer and it is a shame that a reseller has chosen to try and damage our reputation with some extremely stretched truths.
