I have ordered one T-Shirt before 10 days, still not yet delivered. I am not sure whether it will get delivered or not as there is no response from EKart which is delivery partner and the status shows that it is already shipped.

Note: I have already paid the amount.

ABsolute scammers these people are, i am definetely gonna raise a complaint on them, i paid 700 rs for a t shirt and got a product which looked like shit with low cheap printing so i returned and its been more than a week , they told once the product reaches they will refund but its been 3 days since the products reached no response nothing, their number-9363807979 be aware of these scammers and i am registring an official complaint today , based out of tiruppur these people are

Ordered 3 items but only got two, they are saying it's my mistake and they are telling it's delivered, those two clothes i recieved are good but , damn such a shit service.

Sent me one less order i ordered 3 item sent 2 they said they would refund but it's been more than a year now and I haven't received the refund

It's a scam guys Don't buy anything from @crazymonk. The return and refund policy doesn't exist they do not reply my messages and mail. It's been 10 days since I returned the product I didn't get any refund till now.

I ordered 2 tshirts from this website prepaid the amount. They didn't even delivered the product not even initiating refund. Starts ignoring on WhatsApp, mails, instagram. Guy's don't fall this scam this guys are fraud.

Have been trying to contact the support no replies from them. I want to exchange two t shirts but they aren't replying.

I am not sure if this website is a scam. I ordered a tshirt 1 month ago and I still haven't received it. When I ask them why they said RTO delivered it back to them and they will send a new one but I have gotten no info about the new one being shipped or tracking number or anything. I will never buy from them again.

Fraud company. They did not give my refund back after cancelling my order. Do not ever shop from this website.

I ordered a Gojo tshirt from Amazon, it says CRAZYMONK on it , and it was having a spelling mistake on it i regret buying that now , but its ok you guys have to check all your clothes before selling it , please do not repeat again

I ordered 3 tshirts. The order was cancelled without any message or email. I am running behind them for refund but they have stopped replying on whatsapp and email.

Update : I finally got my tshirts after 3 weeks. The fitting is terrible. I don't want to replace the order for a different size as i don't want to go through the terrible delivery process again. Not recommending this website to anyone!

I have ordered 3 items, i have received only two items . I paid entire amount .
I asked the company to send the 3rd item,initially he told he would pack and send. I even got the mail saying its packed
After 2 days when i reached out saying its not even shipped, the company told me its out of stock they would refund the amount. Its been 2 weeks now, i still didnt get the refund
