The ring I ordered was more beautiful than the pictures make it look, so myself and now Fiancée are were over the moon with it. Contacted created brilliance to price match one of their rings that I saw on discount to another website. They agreed and created the ring for me and they did it within 2 weeks!!!

4 stars on the ring itself, which although it is gorgeous the band is a bit thinner than what I expected and also the diamond is good but as it is an oval it has a mild to moderate bow tie effect.

Buying through them you don’t get to see the stone until the end product and when I got the ring I wasn’t so keen on the stone, which on the certificate it looks perfect but the bow tie effect is quite visible(it is normal to have bow tie effect on ovals). I still kept the ring as it is still very beautiful.

Absolutely amazing service! My fiancé got my engagement ring from CB (Freya ring) and I love it so much! I reached out on Instagram as I was struggling what wedding band would suit my ring best due to the setting of it. They passed me over to their studio who took photos and videos of all the rings I asked to see and gave me a few more options too and they did it so fast!

The actual ring is brilliant but the delays and communication were pretty abysmal.

This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. On the Thursday, I called the store to enquire about an item I’d seen on their website. I asked if they’d be able to share more images of the ring and within ten minutes I’d received two videos of the ring and two images along with it. One video was even taken outside so that I could see the ring in the natural light. I bought something to replace my wedding rings which I miss wearing since separating from my husband and I’ve ended up with the most beautiful ring, I literally received it the morning after, not even 24 hours had passed by the time of my initial enquiry! The ring is just so beautiful, extremely well made, the stone is set perfectly and I got it on offer too so this was an absolute bargain. I also need to mention the amazing packaging! The presentation and the quality of the ring and the box / bag and box it arrived in is outstanding and so tasteful. The ring looks so expensive, it’s easily the nicest ring I’ve ever owned and I’ve had some beauties in my time. Thank you so much. I will most certainly be coming back to you for more beautiful jewels in the future.
