CREATE Fertility - Loughton Avis 9

I froze my eggs in 2024 and the experience at the time was ok, fast forward a year later I had not received any correspondence regarding my annual storage fee, naturally I was worried so I contacted them to be told i'd be sent and invoice 'at some point' which once received was promptly paid. They then sent me an email a few weeks later to say they would take £395 out of my account, I called about this and was told not to worry that they would send a message to the payments team, that the money wouldn't be taken. The money was taken, I then made numerous calls and sent emails to ask what the hell was going on to be ignored. I randomly received the money back weeks later. I sent a formal complaint to Create on 4/12/25, Today is 26/2/26 and I've heard nothing back from them. To say i'm disappointed is an understatement, it was such a huge emotional and financial decision for me to do this process and I'm left feeling like I cant trust that my eggs are safe.

Went for a treatment scan and was seen by nurse Rudo. She was professional, attentive and very caring. Third time lucky with my bloods! Thank you for looking after me 😊

We had a great experience with Create and had out first baby girl this March!

Throughout the whole process, we felt well informed, at ease, and respected. The staff were all accomodating and lovely. Embryologists could be a bit more tactful over the phone but I appreciate its a emptional time for the patients who worry about declining embryo numbers even though this is completely normal.

On a side note, the buildings receptionists on the entrance level floor (shared reception) in the St Pauls branch are quite rude and short, they are nothing like the Create receptionists and ruin the experience a bit.

We decided to go for private treatment after our IVF in the NHS didn’t work. I am so glad we found Create as our whole experience has been great. Although we had the procedure actually in St Paul’s I was attending Loughton branch for scans and blood tests. Yemi was the doctor we saw every time and I am so thankful as she is the most wonderful, kind, helpful, sensitive and positive lady I have ever met. I always felt Yemi had time for me when I was worried or had any silly questions. My experience wouldn’t have been the same without her. The world needs more women like Yemi. I highly recommend Create and we are so lucky our treatment finally worked.

Yemi and becca in Loughton are sooo professional and super supportive. I could not of got better treatment for anyone else. They have been sooo amazing and really helpful.

All of our scans at CREATE Loughton were professional and as cheery as they can be given the situation. We felt like we were in safe hands.
