We bought three items as first time…
We bought three items as first time buyers. All were delivered within the time quoted. One had a slight issue with a closing mechanism but the company resolved this within 4 days. All is good now. Quality, service, value for money and expectations excellent, will definitely order some more soon. Thanks

A lovely lamp & great customer service
A lovely lamp, actually, our second of the same lamp, from Creation, we liked the first one so much.
This one was a lengthy delay from order, but customer services got in touch with me twice, and explained abd offered a small discount for our inconvenience both times, which we gracefully excepted. But you can't argue a) that they did get in touch b) explained the circumstances were further up the supply chain c) offered a unrequested token if good faith.
The lamp arrived and was as beautiful as the first one. Thank you on all fronts.

Great coffee table
Coffee table arrived within a few days of ordering and was well packaged. Really pleased with our purchase and the quality is excellent, it was also on offer at time of purchase, so win, win!. Great service offered by Creation and the quality of their products, especially if you are looking something different from the 'norm'. Would recommend.

Can't be bothered sending it back as it's massive and would be a palaver. But the wood is good quality and it seems sturdy and looks nice.

Great size table lovely quality
Fab table for my dining room seats 10 people lovely size and soo heavy solid quality. I am very pleased. Just need to look for some amazing chairs to make my dining room shine. Will definately buy from this company again.
