Great service from Evan at CreditSafe who dealt with our onboarding quickly and professionally. We were all up and running within days with full access to the reporting system.

Good system but try sell add on not needed.
The system is easy to navigate, the pricing has been difficult for CreditSafe to get right. Kept trying to charge for Add-Ons that we did not want or require - took quite a few emails to resolve.

Very useful tool

Account Management is absolutely spot on - Dale Rosser is such a nice chap and an attentive Account Manager. No hard sell, but more of how can we help you and your business. I was sold something while unwell that…
I was sold something while unwell that was nottfitted for my smal business.
There was a problem as the people did nopt tell me that my clients data was npot ghoing to be transferred direct to Companies House.
This has gone on for months since I contacted Creditsafe in December.
