Poor service/ dont pay upfront…
We not only paid for this years subscription but we were given an opportunity to pay for next years subscription at this years price if we paid now. Which we did and have the receipt for. We then were kicked out of the system. We have been put back and have had an email saying that they will send us an invoice to join the system. We are not happy

Great site and service
Our Company has used Credit Safe for several years. Our account manager Graham is great and always happy to help get better use out of the site where we can. He's very helpful and patient in clarifying any part of the service we need to understand. Credit Safe clearly offers a wide range of aspects to their service and finding ways to help Companies make more efficiencies to this in their business' as well as easily functional for a range of capabilities with systems.

Always helpful and they listen to your requests and try to help wherever they can. So far they have always been quick to assist with technical issues mainly around finger trouble and the products are easy to use. Ashton is always on hand as well as always updating us on new product offerings or upgrades to current services.
