I attended the pharmacy today and I believe she was called Kennedy who served me. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and saw to my needs straight away. She really is a credit to your team.

Great service
Since switching to Dosthill (Crest) Pharmacy in recent months, I have been very satisfied with service which has been efficient & friendly. No problems with my prescription requests so far. Would like to see notifications by text when prescriptions arrive, but maybe they will be introduced at some point in future.

I had a very good experience at Crest Pharmacy Linden Avenue, Kidderminster. I was referred by my surgery to see the Pharmacist for assessment of an insect bite. An appointment was made swiftly without any fuss. I was seen very shortly after arrival. The Pharmacist was very professional. She assessed my bite and told me it was infected and that I would need antibiotics. The Pharmacist was thorough and informative and both polite and friendly. Helpful advice was given.
