Poor
Poor. Called and spoke to someone after nothing arrived told stock issues and definitely be delivered in 2 days. Now 1 week late delivering. No emails. No calls. Lack of communication. No tracking of bought goods.
Poor customer service and xero returns policy
Ordered some batting gloves for my daughter. First time she used them they became faulty, split down the seams. Unable to use them now as they do not give sufficient protection. Informed CricketDirect within 30 days but they are refusing to refund as the item is 'used'. Customer service emails are abrupt and rude, they are offering xero customer service. They have only offered to 'inspect' the gloves if I burden the cost of returning them.

Terrible Customer Service
When I arrived at the store, very rude customer service and unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. They tried to make me pay more than what it said online for postage. Another company done the same order at £16 postage and handled the order professionally with out being rude. I will never use this company again.
Cricket Spikes Shenanigans
I bought my son cricket spikes for the beginning of last season and he wore them for most of the season. Near the end of the season, one of the soles completely detached from the shoe making them unwearable. After spending nearly £80 on shoes and them only being worn for 1 season, I thought it was dreadful that they were so battered. I contacted Cricket Direct and was met with an aggressively toned response implying that it was our fault and nothing more to it. They also implied that it wasn't faulty manufacturing and basically implied that these shoes should only last for a season. I then replied again and have again been met with another aggressive response saying that it was once again my fault and there's nothing they can do. Definitely would not recommend. Customer service is truly atrocious.

Rubbish service
Ordered a bat grip, order accepted ,then after almost a week of waiting ,had an email saying product is not available and to chose an alternative did again , now still waiting no sign of delivery, paid £5 additional for delivery, very bad place to buy anything.
Excellent service
I have been purchasing for almost a year. They are very polite, excellent knowledge and very helpful customer service. Good quality bats for decent price. I bought my whole kit and everything was perfect for use. Especially I love my bat SR Ultimate which helped me perform well.

Do not buy from this seller. My experience has been the same as per all the reviews. They listed a cricket bag in stock for which I paid for. Delivery was listed as 3-5 working days. I called two days later and lo and behold,was told that it was not in stock .The lady told me that they were expecting to receive it within five days. I called on the fifth day and was told by the same person, that they did not have an ETA and offered me a voucher or an alternative product . I refused and told me to issue me a refund immediately with an email confirmation. I then got an email that bizarrely showed that my order status with the item/bag as removed but the delivery charges still on there. There was no mention of a refund. I called her back only to be told to ignore the email. It has now been over a week and I have yet to receive a refund. I have opened a case with PayPal.

We bought a new cricket bat for my son as a gift for his GCSEs. and the handle came loose after 3 games, my son is a bowler and had hardly used it. The company admitted it was defective and readily agreed to replace the handle. This took over a month with lots of chasing, and when we finally got it back a much thicker handle had been added which made it too heavy, and nothing had been done to replace the stickers- it looked terrible. His coach immediately noticed the weight and said we should request it to be shaved , that was over 6 weeks ago, I was promised 2 weeks ago I would have it by Friday. Nothing. Disgusting service, don’t recommend at all.

Ordered a couple of ECB T20 replica…
Ordered a couple of ECB T20 replica shirts for myself and a family member, ngl I was a little hesitant because of the reviews on here when I looked them up. However, they were the only site I could find to have both the ladies size 10 and the mens 2xl so I decided to go for it.
Ordered on Thursday 21st, shipped on Friday 22nd and was at the house by saturday 23rd through Royal mail 24.
Both arrived, both looks fantastic and I'm over the moon. Came just in time for the England v SA game this afternoon so they got a debut in the household the same day they got delivered haha.
Shocking Customer Service
Got sold a defective cricket bat. Wood completely cracked and caved in on the sweet spot after 1st use in a match situation. Very patronising on the phone and no help whatsoever. Avoid

Awful customer service. Wrong size spikes sent. They arranged a collection to the wrong address and then wanted me to return them. Fuming!!! Awful service, so not order from this company!!

Very rude customer service and very unfriendly and non professional. Kept on adding to my postage. Started at £19.95 then £29.95 then they tried to add another £19.95. I contact everything them after a week when they final told me. Can’t believe it took a week to package and notify me. Another company sent the same order at a cost of £12 and handled the request professional with out being rude. Will never use again.
Worst customer service possible
Worst customer service possible. Ordered some cricket spikes, received the wrong ones. Then they told me the ones I wanted were out of stock. Still no refund a month later and I am £100 down. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, I am annoyed I didn’t go through someone else.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - they show things available online, then you place the order, but they then don’t tell you they are out of stock. They’ve also refused to provide a refund on a damaged pair of cricket spikes, despite showing them photos. Disgraceful. Will never use them again.
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. We received a defective cricket bat and they refused to refund for several weeks (of the cricket season which is very short in Scotland!) and I am still trying to get the postage back from them. Evasive responses on email and never any phone numbers. Avoid avoid avoid.Wish I had read review before I ordered.
Misleading stock information
I ordered some gear for my son which the website said was in stock. After payment was taken I had an email saying “thanks for your order of pre-ordered XXX”. I rang up and lo and behold they didn’t have it but it would be with them in 48-72 hours with another unspecified amount of time before delivery to me. Not exactly in stock.
I have left 2 stars because the lady I spoke to has promised a full refund. I hope they follow through as if not I’ll downgrade to one star and use PayPal to chase it.
