Great Service!
Very rarely when someone receives the service they expect do people write a review and it is littered with negative reviews. The service I received from Cricket Direct was far better than expected. It was as a very good price and I received my items within two days. Thank you Cricket Direct do not be put off by the negative reviews.

Idk why there are so many negative reviews. Ordered payntr spikes, came in 2 days on jubilee Sunday, authentic spikes and delivered in good time
Great service over bank holiday
Ordered a new England test shirt over bank holiday (Thursday) and needed it asap for Trent Bridge next week. Despite the holiday period got an immediate reply Thursday to my request for prompt dispatch and confirmation they would arrange next day delivery at no additional charge. Much to my surprise and delight it arrived this morning Sunday. Really great service that exceeded my expectations. Well done.
Terrible service and apparently lied…
Terrible service and apparently lied about my order being despatched.
I tried to buy a cricket training top from them 3 weeks ago. Initially told there was a delay due to availability from the supplier.. ok thats fine.
I then chased it up several days later to be told sorry for the delay but here is the despatch reference for DPD delivery.. again sorry for the delay.
Well it didnt appear so I chased again several days later to be told they couldn't get any stock and would refund the amount straight away.
So it appears the despatch number was a lie for whatever reason, but this company is a shambles and I won't be using again.
One learning, I should have checked Trustpilot our beforehand as it seems its a common theme.
Very poor service and communication
Very poor service and communication! I ordered £480 of cricket equipment for my son and after 2 weeks I was still waiting for my delivery! When I emailed them they said it would take 3-5 days but no explanation to why after two weeks I didn’t receive my goods! I had to cancel and go to London to buy the equipment as my sons needed the equipment to play matches!!

CD000040073 - I placed my order for new batting pads, helmet, 2 pairs of gloves and a bag on the 27th April. I received an email straight away confirming my order. I called as I read the reviews and was concerned. I called to check when my order would be delivered, I spoke with Jim, he said he would go to the warehouse and make sure it would be out for delivery that day. I received a text on the 29th April advising my delivery would be made that day between 12 and 1pm and it arrived at 12:30. Excellent quality, great prices and super customer service.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service, staff don't have a clue whats going on. Don't seem able to send stuff out when they say they will. Really wish I'd read the reviews...wonder how long it will take them to process my refund. Shop somewhere else. I own an online retail business and if we opearted like this I wopuld be OUT of business very quickly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - disgusting service - disgustingly rude staff and the top they sent out was badly marked but they blamed us for it even though I returned it with all labels and quite clearly unworn. They refused the £40 refund. Do yourselves a favour and STEER CLEAR!!
Poor Quality Kit - Shabby Customer Service
We purchased three items from Cricket Direct for my son's birthday. When they arrived one of the items, a cricket top had scag marks on the front. It had clearly been used previously and was not brand new. The returns process is not straightforward but item returned followed by an email from Cricket Direct that we must have been responsible for the damage and no refund/replacement item would be sent.
This is perhaps where online companies let themselves down. The customer service was AWFUL! Jim in customer services clearly not bothered about maintaining good customer relations, "I've made my decision and I'm sticking to it". Clearly of the view that we had damaged the item and in no way willing to back down.
So my advice to all those families looking for cricket kit, shop local, loads of good independent stores but please don't use Cricket Direct.
Ordered stuff, delivered in time. Happy with the quality.

I can only give rating based on MY experience....and it has to be 5 stars ...at first i thought ....mmm ...as i ordered a kookaburra helmet and paid for it... obviously....waited...waited and waited ....no sign ...so i sent a quick email enquiring as to helmets whereabouts....got a super quick response from Jim who explained what had happened and it was very feasible...he offered me some alternatives and after i initially accepted another option.....i suddenly found the helmet i originally wantes on another site...to which i emailed Jim and explained myself and requested if it was possible to switch oreder to some cricket boots......i received a prompt email explaining that this wouldn't be a problem and will post without delay....this was 3.40 on the 17th Feb 22 and at 10.36am 18th Feb 22 the order arrived at my work.....so as for my experience all i can say is FANTASTIC and Many Thanks to Jim specifically who was excellent.......

I should have looked at the reviews - worst customer experience I've ever had. Disgraceful. Avoid this company, shop anywhere but here for cricket equipment. Long story short, ordered shoes for my son - half a size too small, returned shoes at my own expense, Cricket Direct sent them back saying the box was damaged. It isn't its fine. Shoes brand new complete with tags. Total scam - avoid.
Dishonest Manager/Staff
I buy the cricket stuff for £645.35, Manager promise to give 5% Cashback once myself gave the positive review on trust pilot.
I left the positive review and start chasing him with no luck.. do not believe on staff unless they give you discount on pot.

All Went Smoothly
I read the others reviews after ordering a pair of trainers from RunningDirect (which is part of Cricket Direct) and was really worried that there would be a problem. However my experience could not have been more different to some other reviewers. I ordered on Sunday afternoon, got notifications on Monday from both the retailer and courier that the delivery was on its way. I received the trainers in perfect condition first thing on Tuesday morning. Great service at a great price.

Appalling service, have tried to make contact numerous times, they do not respond to emails or answer telephones. No products for Christmas- great! I have now raised a dispute with my bank to try and get mint money back. Avoid at all costs
