Smoothly ran 107 man event, got everyone in and out before the premier league game

Pre-ordered a new set of Magic cards through these guys on a recommendation. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Not only did I receive the cards on the day of release, they were hand delivered!

Felt really looked after and valued when I reached out to the staff (looking at you Sean!). Will 100% come back again, honestly cannot find fault with my experience at all.

Play DnD here every Sunday. Lots of space, friendly staff and very accomodating. Good food as well.

I’ve been buying my Pokémon cards and GW stuff here for years. It’s a shame about the recent Pokémon stock issues, but it’s my understanding that this is a worldwide issue and not something localised or exclusive to this little shop in Liverpool.

Come down with us on a Sunday if you want to see what Pokémon is really about. I’ve never seen anyone in real life crying about stock issues. We just play the game and have a nice time 🤷‍♂️

I placed a preorder from their website for the 'Pokemon Celebrations Pikachu Figure Collection' on 29/09/21. Waiting over a month after the release date patiently. Tried to get in contact with the email they offer on the website for queries and found that it was no longer in service.

I tried contacting them through Facebook and had no reply, after a week I started to panic and began to find stories of everyone who ordered from them getting their orders cancelled and not refunded with no communication.

I tried to then contact them through PayPal asking for any information regarding my order. They did not respond and so I opened up a PayPal dispute against them on 12/11/21. After submitting all the information regarding my order, PayPal have gotten back to me today 25/11/21 in favour of me and refunded my money.

Unfortunately after all this time and hassle I have lost my chance at getting the product I pre-ordered as they seem to be sold out everywhere. I would advice against using this company and suggest you go elsewhere.

I still cannot believe they would refuse to send me out my product and not refund me knowing they took my money, they didn't even send me an email to state my order was cancelled or couldn't be fulfilled.

The fact I was forced to get my money back through a dispute says it all.

I pre-ordered the pikachu vmax figure collection from them months ago, only to find out days after its release that they'd cancelled my order due to not having enough stock. Not only did they tell me this after it'd already released so I couldn't find another one to order, I had to contact them to even find out what was happening with my order as they gave me no communication whatsoever. Shortly after they said they were processing my refund, however a month later I've still not had my money back. Extremely poor service, would not recommend you place an order from them.
