I have ordered from the Crocs website multiple times, and most of the time, my orders do not even go through properly. On the one occasion the order finally went through, I received a confirmation email and assumed everything was fine.
After waiting nearly 2 weeks, with my kids asking me almost every day where their Crocs were, I checked the order status myself and found it had been cancelled. I received no email, no notification, and no communication at all from Crocs about the cancellation.
When I contacted customer service, they were extremely arrogant, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They claimed the order was cancelled due to a “billing issue,” which makes absolutely no sense because the money had already been deducted from my PayPal account.
So Crocs is happy to take payment, keep customers waiting, say nothing for weeks, and then quietly cancel the order and blame the customer. That is not a billing issue; that is terrible service and a terrible business practice.
This is honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. Between the failed orders, lack of communication, and rude customer service, this company seems completely disorganised.
At this rate, I genuinely do not see how this company can survive in the long term if this is how they treat paying customers.

This morning when I woke up I received an email saying my Crocs are on their way to the WRONG address!!!!!
They didn't fix the problem at all😞 and I tried to contact them a couple more times today with emails- no answer… called them- no answer… messaged their Instagram page- no answer…
Now I don't know if I will ever receive my new Crocs… Very disappointed 💔💔💔
Never received a refund for a returned…
Never received a refund for a returned item even though they stated the refund was approved. Ended up going through my bank. It was a very annoying and time consuming process.

I gave this company plenty of time to cancel my order however they still sent it to me even though i told them to cancel them due to ordering the wrong thing now there expecting me to send them back to them n i have to pay for postage for the order to be sent back now with any other store if you cancel n order they will cancel it but not crocs its very bad management customer service i will not recomend anyone to this company

Missing refunds. Dramatic changes and inconsistencies in sizing and styles they no longer fit but won’t take responsibility for that . Overall terrible experience.

Pathetic customer service
Melbourne Central store has the worst customer service. All 4 staff members completely ignored me , avoiding eye contact and chatting amongst themselves. Giving one star is even being generous.

Bought crocs size 12… left them on the veranda. By the next day, they’d shrunk to a size 9. Not fit for purpose. Quality has dropped to temu level junk. Apparently leaving your shoes in the sun voids the ‘warranty’. Total waste of money.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Purchased a pair of Crocs online that were on sale and because of the discount was happy to pay the $9.95 shipping cost. Chucked in a jibbitz for $8 at the last minute. Few days later I get my shipping notice to tell me they shipped my order - but that one of my items had been cancelled - of course this was the Crocs so I’ve ended up paying $10 postage for an $8 jibbitz. Contacted support via live chat and they could only offer me a free shipping code for a future purchase. And the item they cancelled; still showing as available on their website! I don’t want a free shipping code for another purchase, I want to not have paid $10 postage for something the size of a postage stamp. Unimpressed Crocs. Don’t advertise items that aren’t available.

Crocs Australia – Where “Customer Service” Means Radio Torture
So, I got an email saying one of my Crocs items was cancelled. Fair enough, stuff happens. But here’s the kicker: they never refunded me. I sent not one, but two emails, got case numbers, and assurances that someone from customer service would contact me within three days. Three days? More like three light-years, because radio silence. Crickets. I’m starting to think Crocs is in the business of stealthily taking people’s money.
And then there’s the phone experience. I’ve been sitting on hold for over 25 minutes listening to the same “we’re experiencing higher volumes of calls” message, which we all know really means “we don’t want to hire enough people to actually answer the phone.” But wait, it gets better: the hold music. Oh yes, the goddamn Happy Gilmore soundtrack looping endlessly while I wonder if my call will ever be answered or if I should just start naming the crocs in my closet in tribute.
Crocs Australia, I get it. You make comfortable shoes, but apparently, uncomfortable customer service is your real product. Maybe one day someone will answer my call and process my refund. Until then, I’ll be here, foot tapping, case numbers in hand, wondering if I’ll ever see that money again.

I ordered 2 pairs for my nephews for Christmas and while I didn’t expect they would arrive for Christmas, given I ordered on the 20th December, given I paid for express shipping they would have arrived by now.
I tried the Bot chat on the 24th December which was useless. my order status still said it hadn’t been shipped yet, so I used the what’s app chat button to ask for an update, no response, when going back to check for a response see that the number is no longer on what’s app.
So I sent an email asking for an update on the 27th and another on the 30th after still receiving no update. I then finally got a reply saying my order was cancelled due to unavailability of stock when being processed, however my order still says not processed yet and no refund received. What made it all more frustrating was I then received an email today asking for feedback on a product that was never processed, shipped or received.
For anyone buying crocs, go to a store that sells them, don’t bother ordering from the website.

Ordered in plenty of time for my daughter’s only requested Xmas present and spent over the $100 advertised to get express guaranteed delivery for Xmas.
Well how stupid was I, the status did not change at all by Xmas eve still didn’t I Managed to eventually confuse the bot in the chat and got through to someone in the web chat on the 27th who guaranteed me my order would be received by the 29th Dec. have this in writing from a screenshot. guess what status still not changed on 31st dec. tried to call on hold for 45 mins then disconnected , the chat guy gave me a unique code for 50% off another order as they did not meet my expectations which I will not be using. Today 1st January they just refunded my money back to the 3rd party payment method , no email no explanation no nothing

Then 28 days later of ordering, got a email saying order was canceled without a reason why!! Worst customer service ever. I have been on hold for 2 hours now still no answer.
Bought 2 pairs of Crocs, initially put the correct address, but after paying with PayPal it overid my initial address and put my old address. Contacted the waste of time AI support and they said I need to contact the carrier or I can initiate a refund, attempted to initiate a refund, but then the AI said that I need to wait until it arrives, send it back to initiate the refund, make it make sense?(it’s going to the wrong address)? Emailed croc customer support, no response it’s been 24 hours. The item has been shipped today, contacted the carrier and the carrier told me it needs to be redirect by the sender. What in the flying hell is going on. I’m on hold now with these sorry for an excuse of a retailer and I have been on hold for over 2 hours now. Don’t ever buy from Croc online, go in store.better yet don’t buy crocs.

Order was placed on 11/12, as a Christmas present.
Sent an email on 19/12 with no response.
Got through to someone via chat on 23/12 and all I received was generic responses.
I asked for a timeframe on when the order will be PROCESSED and was advised "I can’t give you the exact time in which it will process through and ship, but it can take up to 7 business days to ship, then another 5-7 days in transit." This does not line up with deliver times on their website.
Asked to cancel the order and this request was ignored - advised they cannot do this, even though it hasnt been processed
