My order defaulted to in store pick up. I called and they shipped my item immediately. Excellent customer service. I found the best price here.

Paid for overnight shipping and it took…
Paid for overnight shipping and it took 5 days to get to me. Asked for a refund on shipping and got told no because it was not their fault, it was fedex’s fault. I called fed ex, they told me it was crook and crook’s fault. Nobody wants to take responsibility and I’m out $70 in shipping.
And to add insult to injury, when I finally got the ladder, It was the wrong one. I had to reach out to the manufacturer directly to solve the issue.
Also I got told that I would get a phone call on Friday April 3rd to resolve all the issues and never got a call from anyone.
