Cruise 118 advisor extremely helpful

The advisor was extremely helpful. Virgin had changed my flight to an indirect one and 2 advisors helped change the flights for me.

We have just booked our very first…

We have just booked our very first cruise with Cruise 118 and it was so smooth and easy that we couldn't fail to highly recommend them to everyone. The concierge( Jason Harris) was just so pleasant and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and he talked us through everything. His advice was invaluable. Technical problem solved

We were held in line but were updated on our number all the time. Molly answered our call and we were given courteous service to find the solution to our problem. We were able to make a payment over the phone and later we received an email advising us the technical issue has been fixed.
