Great customer service by Kevin

Kevin really went out of his way to help with my booking. He was very patient and his instructions were clear and precise. Kevin resolved the issue for me by a phone call and him booking my flight seats for me.

Cruise and stay in Japan

After using the online chat option with Zak where he answered my initial questions we then spoke several times regarding a cruise which I read about in an email. He was always helpful and friendly, offered advice but never pushy with his suggestions. He answered all my questions and was extremely patient. Cruise now all booked and wouldn't hesitate to contact Zak again regarding this booking or in the future.

Professional and friendly service

This is our first Cruise2 holiday and Zak made the booking so seem less. He had an excellent knowledge of the places we will be visiting. He was professional but also friendly and was able to answer all our questions.

Positive Experience with Helpful Telephone Booking Support

I usually prefer to book holidays online rather than by phone, but this time I found the telephone booking process to be very effective. Betul, the advisor, was helpful and responsive to our needs in adjusting the travel itinerary. The original holiday package included two nights at Lake Como and two nights at Lake Garda. Since we had already visited Lake Como and preferred to spend more time at Lake Garda, Betul was able to modify the schedule to give us four nights at Lake Garda instead. This better suited our preferences and even resulted in a small saving.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would be happy to book through this team again in the future.

Zak was very friendly

Zak was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He dealt with all our queries very well and was not overly pushy on the sales side, which made a pleasant surprise.

Betul was very polite, friendly but helpful and knowledgeable on the cruise we enquired about and ultimately booked. She answered all our questions and followed up our further requests and was responsive with follow up emails and booking confirmations.

SECOND TIME BOOKING.

We have just returned home from a Azamara cruise which was booked with Jordan. Everything he booked for us ran like clockwork. Whilst away on the cruise we booked a further cruise and had the booking sent through to Jordan. He has put together an itinerary with flights at good times, personal transfers and a good hotel pre cruise. He truly understands our likes and dislikes and has worked hard to meet our requirements. An exceptional experience - thank you

Betul my Sales Advisor during the booking made everything clear and transparent. She kindly assisted with my requests and requirements in a very professional but human manner making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Not just lip service

We had one of those admin issues that you often get after you have paid the deposit. Before communicating with Kevin (customer care team) I was about to throw in the towel and cancel our booking.
Within 30 minutes of submitting my final demands, Kevin telephoned me and assured me that he would resolve our issue, and provided us with his personal contact details.
Like most of us, l hate conflict, but within a couple of days everything was sorted out by Kevin, as it should have been from day one. I assure you if not for his intervention, we would have cancelled our holiday with Cruise2.
