Great support from Cruise2 (flights and Auckland accommodation)
Our planned flights from Heathrow for a forthcoming cruise from Auckland this November were withdrawn by the airline.
The alternative flights offered by the airline involved awkward timing and accommodation issues.
Cruise2 understood our concerns and have now made arrangements which should provide a much better pre-cruise experience for us in Auckland.
We're really grateful to Sam and Kate for the assistance they have given to us.

An easy experience for us when booking our trip with Imran. At the start of each call there was a problem hearing him clearly, but I think he adjusted his headset each time. Patient and thorough and very quick to look for an answer. All in all a great way to book.

A Reassuring Experience with Cruise 2
My wife and I had been discussing a cruise to Japan for some weeks. Finally we decided from all the options available to us, to contact Cruise2.com. We spoke with a representative of Cruise2 called Imran. Imran helped me enormously in putting a package together for a 17 day trip to Japan with CathayPacific and Celebrity Cruises. I cannot thank Imran enough for assisting me with the organisation of this trip, and even going that extra mile by offering me and my wife an option to stay over in Hong Kong on the way home for a further 4 nights. I feel very reassured with Cruise2 and especially Imran who has given me his direct number if I have further questions. I am delighted that I chose Cruise2 for my holiday in 2026 and feel that the organisation for it has been made so much easier for me. Thank you Cruise2 and Imran.

Excellent booking experience
I had seen an advert on Travelzoo which promoted an Ocean cruise on the Sun Princess.
The company advertising was Cruise2.com.
We called to get some details about the holiday . Jordan, who answered was knowledgeable , answering our questions, and very customer orientated. His knowledge of schedules, options and possibilities gave us confidence that we would be making the right choice about our holiday.
I would recommend Cruise 2, for several reasons, mainly their knowledge of the cruise line pacakges & ship features ,for example cabin types ,and other essential information such hotels at ports of emabarkation and flight connections. Cruise 2.com are competitive on price,and their friendly approach to customers marks them out from other cruisespecialists.
Note we obtained a price through Iglu cruises , they were more expensive for less content in the holiday e.g hotel prior to voyage was included with cruise2.com ,and comparatively Iglu's customer service level wasn't as good as Cruise 2.com

CRUISE2 arranged the perfect holiday
We have just returned from the best holiday, in the far east; The whole holiday package was arranged by Cruise2 - flights, hotels, cruise, transfers and their admin were always on hand to help with any questions before we travelled. The hotels in Tokyo, Bali and our cruise ship were excellent and all the included transfers worked perfectly. The hotel, cruise and taxi staff were excellent and the taxi's were always on time. I wish we could have stayed longer.
